Beach view cottage, 700 ft to the beach and 5 minute drive to downtown!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our family. The area was tranquil other than when the train was rolling through. The house was well stocked with anything you could need, and had a notebook with easy to follow instructions for the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Felt like I was staying at home. The host was very gracious with snack, beverages and toiletries. The house is so beautifully decorated. It also has a cozy charming garden area to relax in.

Such a wonderful home! It was the small touches that made it so amazing! You can certainly tell someone who cares is the host. Bed was super comfortable and water pressure was amazing. If you will be staying in the area this is certainly a fantastic house! ALSO! I have a 7 year old autistic son and there is a swing chair in the back part of the house this was the best thing in the world for him!!!

An AMAZING stay!! We traveled from upstate for a season finale cheer competition with 3 athletes and 6 year old brother. The house was perfectly equipped for adults and children alike. There were books, games, kids plates/cups. Everything was ready to go. The home is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need (coffee pods and accoutrements were a LIFESAVER at 4 am ). A lovely display of books which were decorative as well as functional. Beautiful sunroom with a fun/sturdy swinging chair. It’s decorated beautifully with simple yet elegant decor. Comfortable as well as cozy and will most definitely book again!! 5

The house, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the living room bathrooms was full equipped with everything , but we barely use the kitchen and the living room we was in and out mostly just there to sleep and get a bath but everything was nice clean peaceful I really love the place

The house was great. The drainage in the shower was kind of slow and its on a train track, which can be a little jarring in the night, but overall, a fantastic stay. Very clean. Easy to get in and out. Safe neighborhood. Nice porch and good outdoor furniture. The beach was right down the street and there was always activity going on nearby.

The house was great and ready for a wonderful family get together. It is blocks from the beach and wow bigger than we expected. We didn't worry about anything while we were there. The owners were very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We hope to stay there again.

Everything was decorated nicely, there were enough towels, and other supplies. The only thing that upset me and my husband was we waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes before we received the code to get in the house. Other than that everything was good.

Cozy, comfortable, clean home close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. Our host was easy to contact, answering our questions kindly & timely. Tasty restaurants all over the area & a delicious meat market if you’re cooking at home. But, stay out of the casinos! They will eat up your cash

Awesome home and hostess. Online information/pics did not do it justice. an older home that was thoughtly remodeled and furnished with period pieces. Beautifully stocked kitchen, cookware, appliances, spices, coffee statiin, snacks. spent a lot of time grilling and on front porch, great view. quiet neighborhood, didnt take us long to get used to the train, and host furnished ear plugs, which werent needed. communication with host was excellent. Definitely recommend. *****

House was great! Even the train wasn’t a problem. The beach was not so great. No evidence of any municipal cleaning crew there and the water is a natural brown due to delta runoff.

House was nice. The deck was dangerous with multiple boards not attached. Gait to deck unattached. There were no trash bags, however, the host was quick to reply and we did receive trash bags. There were also pins/needles in the curtains. Not safe for a toddler. Be aware of the train and train horn all hours of the day and night. Also, a lot of airplane noise.

Our stay was very nice. Two short blocks to the beach was a plus. The house was clean and well appointed. The train museum, the air museum, the giant rocking chair, and, of course, Buc-ee’s made for an enjoyable week.

Great location!!! Could literally walk to beach!! Close to all restaurants and attractions down town. Home was the cutest thing I have ever seen.. it was clean and cozy!!! My kids enjoyed the home more than the attractions around town !! Will definitely stay here when I come back in a couple of months

What a wonderful beach house. The house was so much larger than expected from the online pictures. I appreciated that there were beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and extras ready to go. House was super clean and the beach is only about a block away. Far exceeded expectations!!!

We came for work and this place was fantastic to stay while here.

My husband and 4 kids came for a short family vacation. We really enjoyed the house and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. The location was great for both gulfport destinations and biloxi was only 15-20 minutes down the road.

Travelled to Gulfport for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely cottage. We appreciated the snacks, the welcoming decor, and all round comfort. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

This property was wonderful! It has ALL the amenities you would expect to have in your own home. The sitting room was great for early morning coffee, the living room was spacious enough to accommodate ourselves and guests that visited who live in town, we were able to wash our laundry before we left town, and utilize the baby plates, cups, etc. for our little guy. There is even a wagon to transport your littles the short walk to the beach. Would absolutely rent again!

This property owner goes above and beyond to provide up-scale comfort for the guest. The linens were top quality and in abundance. There were snacks provided, ample reading materials as well as shampoos, conditioners and soaps. The only problem we encountered was receiving the entrance code. It took almost an hour to enter the property once we arrived (could have been my fault...I am not very literate on the computer). I highly recommend texting the access code.

Wonderful place, very warm & cozy. Loved the location. Everything's you need is there.... Just a few flaws but everything is wonderful. Would highy recommend this place.

Close to beach, clean, had everything we needed and then some for the week!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The owners put a lot of love and care in this home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, wonderful neighborhood, and lots of space! So close to the beach and restaurants.

It's very evident from this property that the owner has made extra efforts to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Snacks, coffee, tea, and other items were provided above what is typically available in a vacation rental. My 9-year-old particularly enjoyed the sunroom and hanging chair. The location is very convenient to several activities on the coast. The house does have a few quirks. The owner mentions the train being nearby in the listing, and there were a few times when we were pretty sure the tracks just circled around the property. However, we noticed it less and less each night we stayed. The hallway leading to the bedrooms is also uneven, which would probably make for an interesting experience after a drink or 2. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. After our first night my son gave it high praise saying, I like it here. It's small, but cozy.

This property was very convenient to everything. We were there for cruising the coast and was a 2 block walk to main area where cars ride up and down road and also convenient to Cruise Central. Was quiet neighborhood except for train tracks nearby but host had left ear plugs and that was a nice touch. Also left breakfast bars that was very appreciated. Thanks for letting us stay at your charming home.

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. The property was conveniently located and easy walk to the beach. The house was squeaky clean and very comfortable on a quiet street. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Gulfport.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. The home is precious and inviting. It is well stocked with items you wouldn't even think of! My only complaint would be that dang train that rolls through in the middle of the night :( But they do provide earplugs for you!!
