Beach Vacation Home 1.5 Blocks from Beach

Great property.

The property is precisely as pictured and described, though 1.5 blocks from the beach doesn't really do it justice. 2 minutes on sidewalk, cross a street, then glorious sand. And sandbars you can reach without a bathing suit. Great views, and probably most notable even though probably a weather/timing fluke - we counted ONE seagull. So if noisy birds that poop on you and try to steal your food are not your thing, try this beach. The house is awesome - convenient to everything around (20 minutes to Hampton Coliseum). Word to the wise - pick this one.

Great location near the beach. Plenty of amenities, nice family area, and lots of places to go within 10 or so minutes.I'd highly recommend the Virginia Children's Museum if it's rainy and you need to take the kids somewhere. Very cheap (10/Person), and you can easily spend all day there.

Hosts communicated well & promptly. They took action on any questions we had. The house was clean with easy access to all the Norfolk highlights we wanted to see. We had a relaxing & fun trip.

This property is perfect for anyone traveling with young children. We loved having the picnic tables, barbecue grill, and open back yard. The beach is right down the street and easy to walk to. There is a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food restaurants within a mile of the property. The house was clean and spacious enough for our whole family. They provide plenty of towels and even have some beach toys and chairs you can take with you to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and often told us good morning when we saw them out. Would definitely book again if we decide to go back to Virginia beach

Property was clean and well kept. Close to beach access and location was perfect for me to connect with old friends that grew up with me in the area

Comfort, quiet

It is was a causie affordable beach house. You can easily walk up to beach less than 5 min. If you have any issue the owner will try to resolve it quickly. You have an accurate description of the house and the house is actually better than what you see in the picture.

The house was perfect! The location was within walking distance to a great, less crowded beach. The drive to the board walk was easy and not far. Same as the drive to Busch gardens. There is something for everyone at this location.

The place was perfectly set up for us. Bed Rooms and bathrooms split with common room in middle, very nice! We loved the large laundry room as well. The neighborhood was friendly and we could easily walk to the beach. Would book again ?
