Your very own private, newly constructed beach house on the sand, directly facing the Gulf Of Mexico. Beautifully decorated 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath beach home features a heated pool with two floors of balconies that face the beach and boast a grand view of the famous sunsets of Indian Rocks Beach. There's plenty of seating on each balcony as well as sun loungers around the pool. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are some sand/surf toys, a beach umbrella, and a gas grill. The fabulous location allows guests to walk to multiple restaurants, bars, and local shops.

Ground Floor

Game Room: This garage-turned-game room is the perfect spot to lounge with family before heading out for the day. You'll have plenty of comfortable seating, a ping-pong table, and all of the beach equipment you need such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and of course beach towels.

Outdoors: Beyond the fenced-in pool area you will find a sand pathway along the dunes leading you directly to the world-famous Indian Rocks Beach and its gorgeous Gulf of Mexico waters. This coastal home has a spiral staircase leading from the second floor down to the ground level for easy access to the heated pool and beach. The ground level also has a cozy covered sitting area, a gas grill, and a large paved patio around the pool with plenty of beach loungers.

Second Floor

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen adorned with coastal chandeliers. Includes a fridge/freezer combo, a 6 burner stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: 6-top dining table and 4-top breakfast bar. It truly is a wonderful space to be in while prepping meals, eating, and winding down at the end of your beach day. Guests can even catch a sunset, have morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine on the nice sitting area on the beachfront covered balcony.

Main Living Room: The main living space has three large sliding doors that show off the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters, a large, sectional sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a coffee table, and a ceiling fan.

Second Living Room: Just a few steps from the main living room, this space has another wall-mounted TV, a comfortable sitting chair, and a Queen-size sleeper sofa.

½ Bathroom: Right off the second living room is a half bath with a toilet and single vanity sink. No tub or shower.

Bedroom #1: Down the hall from the kitchen, this charming bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, a door leading to a covered balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity with tiled standing shower. No tub.

Third Floor

Bedroom #2: The master has a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. It's directly Gulf facing with access to another covered balcony and a seating area to watch the waves roll in.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): The master bathroom has a tiled stand-up shower and double vanity top sink. No tub.

Bedroom #3: Has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #3 (En-suite): A tiled stand-up shower and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #4: Has two full-sized beds, TV, ceiling fan, door leading to a covered balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #4 (En-suite): A full bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo and single vanity area.

Laundry Room: Washer & dryer.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Pull down the long driveway and park in front of the garage. You can park up to 4-5 vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicles and how they're parked. Do not block the long driveway.

Indian Rocks Beach is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, it's a local and quiet charming beach town. This home is located within walking distance of several local restaurants, bars, sweet shops, and retail. The city also has a CVS you can walk to, a post office, CrossFit, and watersport rentals. Just up Walsingham Bridge is a Nature Park with walking paths, water views, a playground, and a bird sanctuary. There's also a local fruit store nearby with freshly squeezed juices and ice cream, you can also have fruit shipped back home. The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.

    This was a paradise! The house is exactly as pictured with a nice layout! Plenty of space for 12! Upstairs was the master suite, a room for 2 plus baby, a room with 2 double beds and laundry room. Main floor had a small living room with pull out sofa, an open family room, dining & kitchen that looked out at ocean and pool, a 1/2 bath and another bedroom (all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms!!! Super nice!) The balcony off master and open main floor family all have nice sitting areas and a table off kitchen! Basement has an extra fridge, sitting area and open space for kids to play! It is also storage for paddle boards, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. The pool area was perfect! There were plenty of lounge chairs, a palapa with sitting area, grill (nice selection of grill tools) and tons of pool and sand toys for the kiddos—torpedos, footballs, etc. There were also beach loungers we could take out to the shore and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before returning to the pool/house!Everything was well stocked! From comfortable bedding to plenty of towels, to kitchen dishes and cooking equipment—everything we wanted was there! Also pantry for storing food so you don’t have to have everything sitting on the counter was nice!In addition to direct access to the beach, directly across the street is a Mexican restaurant, Crabby Bills (awesome!!), a coffee & pastry (to die for!) shop & ice cream shop about a block away! We ate WELL! CVS is close too!! Communication—5 stars!

    This is our second stay at this amazing house. Lots of room for a large family and very well appointed. The outdoor area with direct beach access , private pool and shaded cabana make it the perfect place to spend a trip to the beach. Morning coffee and sunsets on the balcony are a big plus for this house. Plan to make this house stay an annual event for our family.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property on Indian Rocks Beach. Very modern home with great living and entertainment amenities. We were a family of 7 total, three young adult children, plus one older teen and one add’l guest. Place is great for all ages. Great bedroom and bathroom set up. Great beach access. Wonderful patio and pool area, including a great relaxing shaded area. Back of house faces beach and west so sunsets are amazing and you are front row. Would highly recommend.

    This is a wonderful property, comfortable, relaxing, and private. Great location, too, with restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute walk. A well-equipped kitchen enabled us to cook many of our meals. With plenty of space to spread out, it’s perfect for families. We highly recommend this beach house!

    We live in Houston and celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at the house with some Clearwater friends coming over and it was just perfect. A beautiful, clean, cheerful house with gorgeous sunsets overlooking the beach. Easy walks to local restaurants and shops. We loved everything about this house and it’s ideal location. The pool was a perfect temperature. But, the early morning walks along the beach and just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean in the evenings with a glass of wine were the most relaxing. We will definitely come back!
