My townhouse is located in the heart of Thomas Drive directly across the street from the white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Stayed Jun 20, 2026Condo is great! Very convenient to The Publix Baseball Complex, where we spent the week! Put a canopy over the pool, keeps it cooler for excellent heat relief! 17 steps to the master bedroom fyi ;) Den/kitchen is small but fine. Needs light bulbs in kitchen over stove and sink, tad dark! Location, parking is great! Back porch/deck pool area is a nice place to hang out BUT BEWARE OF MR HOST POPPING AROUND CORNER UNANNOUNCED! This happened 3 times at 7:38 in the morning! NEVER have I been on vacation, sitting on the back porch drinking coffee at 7:30am and THE HOST POP AROUND THE CORNER OF CONDO UNANNOUNCED, he had my info to ASK if it was ok!??? Expect him Saturday morning at 7:38 on YOUR BACK PORCH cleaning for the next group??? Ask him to leave numerous times until he finally left! We packed it up and left with a bad taste for the intrusive host! Nice guy, apologizing the whole time--just needed to stay away!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We had a great experience at this rental! Everything was just as described in the listing, which we really appreciated. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even our 7- and 9-year-olds had no complaints. We were also pleasantly surprised to find car parking available at the public beach access every day, which was super convenient.The pool was the perfect size for our kids and made it easy to relax in between beach trips. We also used Walmart grocery delivery, which was a total game changer and made settling in a breeze.Great location, comfortable stay, and all-around a smooth, enjoyable vacation!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This townhome has plenty of room for a family with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms! It is across the street from beach access and has its own swim spa. Perfect for the kids! 3rd time staying here. The owner is quick to respond and handle any concerns!

Stayed Oct 14, 2023This place was awesome for our family. Very clean and quite. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was just a short walk across the street. We asked the owner for a cover for the hot tub to keep it warm when we had cooler nights and he responded immediately and brought us one that same day. Over all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.
