My favorite cafe to have my coffee is on my bedroom balcony. Doesn’t get any better!

Upon arrival we had a small minor issue with one bathroom door handle and maintenance took care of that right away! This property is clean and a lot bigger than we expected. And the location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach! We rented a golf cart to get around places and nothing is too far, which is another plus! We all enjoyed our time here and we will definitely re-book this place!!

Restaurants, new pier, shopping, night life enjoyment, personal pool , beach, etc. House was well equipped. All rooms met my expectations. . Garden City Rental was great to work with. Needed a K-cup coffee maker and they brought me one within the hour. Had a small parking issue and that too was addressed quickly. Overall, great place to spend your vacation. Thanks GCR for all your help. My family enjoyed their stay!

This was a beautiful home with a great location just off the beach. It has been well maintained and looked after which isn’t always the case when renting. Cleanliness is #1 for us and this home was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more and have booked it again for next year. Our first time working with Garden City Realty and Robin was amazing. Nice to deal with pleasant, helpful staff when we live far away. We had a couple issues with batteries in smoke alarms but they were very prompt to come and replace them all. We loved that this home had an electronic keyless entry so never had to worry about losing keys. We cannot say one bad thing about our experience and look forward to next year.

Overall satisfied. pool was great and having a grill was great. Place was clean but carpet was stained but it is pet friendly. I think we will consider staying again. Would recommend.

The ONLY suggestion is to replace the upstairs carpeting. I absolutely love the beach decore even down to the cabinet door knobs.

We loved how close we were to the beach as well as the private pool. We had a problem with the keypad on the door, but it was quickly resolved by the rental company. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

The views are fantastic from the porches you can see the surf and sunrises every day. We had room for family who came in February and March. Everyone had a place to sleep. We are so happy we decided to take a winter away in Beach Time!
