Beach Therapy | Gorgeous 3-Bedroom Beach House w Pool & Spa

This property was ideal for us! Being able to walk to the beach and Doc’s was awesome. The outdoor shower, pool and hot tub were great at the end of a beach day! The screened in porch and view of the estuary were so serene! Thank you!!!!

The house was not cleaned at all, too many things in completed, the first floor had a wearied smell and wall were cut and not completed. The electrical has issues because if you turn on 2 things at the same time the breakers will trigger and lights will go dark. The experience was not good for the amount of money this house cost

Great location to the beach! House did suffer damage from the recent hurricanes, which is to be expected. Very clean upon arrival, however I do feel it is lacking kithen utensils and cooking supplies. The upstairs family room couch in my opinion should not white in a rental. It has tons of stains and just looked kinda gross! The bunk beds where almost unusable, the support legs for the bottom bunks arent even attached and the head space for the bottom bunks is soo short. My kids felt chlosterphobic sleeping in there, they ended up sleeping on the couch! Master bedroom was great and the downstairs is perfect! Pool was dirty upon arrival, i had messaged to have them come out and clean it. There was tons of sand in the pool even after a few days and we hadnt even been in it! Also, bring bug spray or you will get eaten alive! Our favorite was walking to Doc's Beach House! Coconut Jacks is within walking distance as well, they had really great food. We loved Sweet Melissa's for ice cream and found a new favorite gem down in Fort Myers called Parrot Key! Thats a must! Overall it was a great week and we enjoyed the less then 5 minute walk to beach aside from the small nuisances!! House is beautiful otherwise!

The house was perfect! The owners thought of everything! Very close distance to the beach. The water view was our favorite. We felt like we were living in nature. Would love to return in the winter

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home. Close to the beach and an easy walk to Doc's restaurant. The property manager was attentive and the house was well equipped and comfortable. Thank you and we will of course be back!!

This home was perfect for our family! It is comfortable and clean with a great location. We walked to the beach every day. We also walked to the beach restaurant for dinner a couple nights and I cooked some days. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our kids. We would definitely stay again.

Our first trip to Bonita Beach and we enjoyed every minute! The house was so perfect for our family. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. When not at the beach, we spent most of our time around the pool area that had plenty of seating area, TV and bar! Our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the downstairs second living space. Beds were comfy too. It is a really short walk to the beach. The beach cart was very convenient to take all the chairs, umbrellas and towels. We usually spent our beach vacations further North in Florida. Bonita Beach is now are go-to place! We can't wait to come back!
