Beach Side - a house that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Really enjoy staying in Beachside . Lovely location . Lovely views from the back rooms. Perfect location to get to see things on the island. Comfortable accommodation.

It’s becoming our home from home. Our 7th visit here and have next year booked already. Nice to see a new fridge/freezer and other things we mentioned previously have been rectified. Never tire of the views and the sunrises are amazing.

The Beachside is in a wonderful quiet location with great sea views and we very much enjoyed our walks along the beach accessed from the garden. The house is luxurious, modern, well equipped, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated having 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. We are definitely planning to returned

Another fantastic holiday at Beach Side. Already booked for next year. Had a couple of issues but have been advised that these are being resolved. Excellent service from Island Holiday Homes. Can’t fault the view and sunrises to die for. The house holds a special place in our hearts.

Great location, lovely house, second visit. Sun bed covers need replacing, needs new kettle, frying pans, wine glasses. Be nice to have a coffee machine.

This will be our 5th trip to this house in Bembridge. (and we've already booked for next year). That view is to die for - it's a home from home. Still has that wow factor, but there's a couple of things that just need that little bit of attention to bring it back to excellent across the board. The cushions for the outdoor furniture could do with updating, the barbeque left a little to be desired (although this should have been cleaned by the previous holidaymakers). The cutlery & glassware could also do with looking at. But all in all, we still love it and still come back every year.

Absolutely beautiful home in a superb location overlooking the Solent and across to Portsmouth. We spent hours in the large back garden playing with the kids and watching all the ships pass by! Well equipped house with a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 7 of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Gorgeous holiday home in an excellent location. All rooms are beautifully furnished with high end furniture and fittings. Good quality garden furniture ideal for watching the boats go by. Garden backs on to beach so perfect for a swim or walk along the beach.
