This 3-bedroom townhouse is complemented with modern luxuries for a truly comfortable stay. Set across 4 floors the 3 generous bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 4 guests, across 1 king, 1 double and 1 twin room.



As your entry to the property, the lower ground floor garage is a super space for securely storing your bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards, ready for island adventures that maximise your beachfront fun. Available for guest use during your stay is a charcoal BBQ and paddleboards. Please remember to prioritise safety and use them at your own risk. If you catch the tide right, Bembridge beach has great sailing conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.



Climb the stairs to the ground floor hallway, where a convenient cloakroom awaits the dusting of sandy feet. Continue through to the thoughtfully designed kitchen/dining room that’s flooded with light, creating a welcoming and comfortable space for preparing meals with an integrated hob / oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Spend evenings in the communal courtyard, just off the kitchen, and bask in the remainder of the day’s sun, or dine alfresco with outdoor furniture seating 6.



The first floor provides a light-filled living room, offering sanctuary after a day on the beach. Relax on comfortable sofas and watch captivating shows on the Smart TV, all while soaking in the picturesque views of Bembridge harbour and sea views across the Solent. Retreat to the second floor to find a modern double bedroom with ample storage. The family bathroom also located on the second floor is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and w/c.



Situated across the third and fourth floors respectively is the king bedroom with stunning panoramic sea views, and the twin room next to the family shower room, with a large shower, hand basin and w/c. Providing comfortable havens for the whole family to unwind after a day of exploration.



One dedicated parking space is provided right outside the property for your car. Additional visitor parking is available nearby, on a first come first served basis. The Neighborhood:

Bembridge has a fantastic year-round family and dog friendly beach, complete with rock pools, wonderful sands and the scattering of pebbles depending on tides. Take a stroll along the distance of the beach to one of the many cafés along its shores, or take a picnic or bbq and sit on the sands and enjoy the passing boats and stunning sunsets. If inclined, why not try your hand at wind or kite surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or enjoy a day on the water, deep sea fishing, where you might be luckily enough to spot our Dolphins.

Bembridge is an attractive seaside village on the East coast of the Isle of Wight, with a year-round community and thriving High Street, boasting a butcher, baker, greengrocer and fishmonger. It’s a great place to discover local produce including Bembridge made sausage rolls and locally caught prawns. Head down to ‘The Best Dressed Crab in Town’ situated along the Embankment to find local crab and lobster when in season.



Getting Around:

There are great coastal walks along the beach and coastal footpaths. The No 8 (Newport to Ryde) bus does go into Bembridge, roughly hourly, it is worth looking at Southern Vectis Website.

Ryde only 15 minutes away, benefits from having superb transport links therefore there is no need for a car; the Wightlink Catamaran passenger ferry connects you to the train at the top of the pier, which can take you all the way to Shanklin if desired. The Hover comes over from Southsea, (a unique mode of transport), and only takes 10 minutes. Next door to the train station at the bottom of the pier you will find the bus station, with buses waiting to take you all the way around the island.

    We had a lovely stay, the house was clean and neat and the agent really helpful when we had a couple of queries. My comments would be that the beds are unbelievably hard and could do with mattress toppers (we actually went out and bought one as couldn’t sleep without it). Also the duvet in the master bedroom really does need to be replaced. The property sleeps 6 however there is only room for 5 to sit in the sitting room. The kitchen sits 4 if really pushed but there is no way to realistically sit 6 for every meal. We were lucky enough to have good weather and so were able to eat outside every night. This was lovely in the courtyard but we were mindful not to disturb the neighbours.

    Everything is exceptional. We return often to the property. Booking is easy, and Just for You Holidays is efficient and friendly and responds immediately to minor problems while we are guests. On our last stay, a contractor working in the apartments set off all the smoke detector alarms in the properties. Justine immediately arranged for an electrician to attend, and he resolved the issue in our home even though it was out of hours. The housekeeping team is second to none. Upon our arrival, the property is always immaculate, and we are immediately made to feel at home. We have a large, hairy dog, and we are mindful that we need to maintain the cleanliness of the house while we are staying. The cleaning materials are good, and the vacuum cleaner is great. We cannot praise Just for You Holidays enough. They are truly second to none, and we look forward to many more happy holidays on the Isle of Wight. Nothing!

    Bembridge is an area we return to again and again and until recently have not found accommodation we wish to return to. Solent Landings is in an exceptional position if you like to walk on a beach. My sun rise walks with the dog we’re just perfection.     Renting the property was easy and efficient. The owner couldn’t be more helpful. She arranged our ferry crossing at a discount. The information on the facilities was comprehensive and easy to understand and the property was in excellent condition. A perfect base for exploring the island. Our little dog loved the easy access to the beach. A great location in which to relax and enjoy the island.

    The property has good size bedrooms and lovely bathrooms (including one with a fab shower!). The kitchen was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and a bit tricky for all of us to sit around the table but it had everything we needed and is perfectly fine for a holiday home. The location of this property worked great for us! Our daughters are 10 & 12 years old and loved popping down to the beach after a day out which was very easy to do. Would definitely visit again!

    A great seaside townhouse with sea views, lots of space for everyone. Super clean and maintained to a high standard, everything you need for a seaside holiday. And Bembridge beach just a stone's throw away, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, sun bathing... Super calm and peaceful. We loved it!
