Beach Retreat - Enjoy your vacation in this close to beach pool home with beautiful gardens

The house layout was great, the bedrooms were far enough apart to provide privacy. The house is located close to beach and many restaurants located in Venice. Beach supplies were available, chairs , towels, umbrella (didn’t use but available), and a wagon (also not used)

We have rented through TMI for more than 10 years. This house was one of the nicest we have stayed at so far. Modern and new furniture and just a great layout and condition. We will book it again for next summer.

Had a great vacation. Home was a short walk to the beach. Set far off the road, the home and pool area were quiet and private. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again.

We have been renting from TMI for close to 7 years now, and not once have we ever had a bad experience! This was our first stay at the Beach Retreat, and I do believe we have found our favorite yet! This home has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation. Upon entering the wrap around driveway, the landscaping is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could think of or may possibly need! The pool area was wonderful, with plenty of patio furniture and a nice fan that kept the seating area cool. With two living rooms there is lots of space for your family to spread out. The 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was what initially sold me on this particular rental, and we were not disappointed! All 3 beds are incredibly comfortable. We bring our own, however there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a shark tooth sifter in the garage for your own use. We loved every single thing about this house, we did not have one concern. And I do believe the consensus is to rent “Beach Retreat” for our next vacation. We typically like to jump around a bit and experience a new house each year, but this is definitely a diamond. And one last thing Lesley is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly accommodating, and just the sweetest. Thank you TMI for another wonderful vacation that my family looks forward to every year!

Beautiful, serene property set back from the road and so close to the beach! There were a few things not in pristine condition (artwork missing from above headboard in one bedroom, some stains on lanai furniture cushions) but still a beautiful and well-kept home. It was so nice that each generation of our family had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent 1 week stay! We rented a golf cart which was so great for beach runs. The house itself was laid out perfectly for our needs.

Our stay was excellent! Love the pool! The house is very nice. Remarkably private and quiet for being in a neighborhood. On the couple of minor issues which came up, Lesley was very responsive, quickly alleviating the problem.

The house is close to the beach Everything was fine. We got a late check out which was perfect for us because our flight left in the evening.

This home is in excellent condition, with very tasteful decor. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances anybody could need and plenty of comfortable sofas for relaxing in front of the televisions. The grounds are beautifully kept and although the house is on the Manasota Beach Road, it is set far enough back so there is no traffic noise at all. Altogether this is a perfect home from home.

Very clean and comfortable house, expected nothing less when booking through TMI... they never disappoint!
