House was beautiful and a great location.

Everything was wonderful, could not have asked for anything else. Proximity to the beach was great.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The location is only a short walk away from the beach, with the beach itself being minimally populated. The property was very clean and had all the amenities neccesssary for a family to live comfortably. The pool is especially nice having been recently installed and was a perfect feature for having 2 young children in our family. Matt (the homeowner) was also highly responsive in helping to resolve any question or issue which arose. Id highly recommend the home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with nearby access to the city of St Augustine and all it has to offer.

We've stayed at many rental homes for different vacations over the years and this one takes the cake! It is beautifully decorated and feels like a resort. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to spread out and have their own areas. The pool and hot tub are wonderful (and heated, if you pay the nominal extra fee). The homeowners thought of EVERYTHING that you might need and stocked the kitchen and bar area with cookware and barware, bathrooms with necessities, game room and beach supplies (even including a cooler and a beach wagon). The home is very close to the beach (walkable in about 5 minutes) and has some very good restaurants within a couple miles. Our favorites were Bronx House Pizza, Bartlett's, Hammock Grill and Captain's BBQ. Grocery shopping is within a couple miles also, if you like to stock the house with snacks like we do. If you want to stay out of the touristy area, but still be close enough to drive to everything, this is THE house!

This house is very modern and has so many amenities, anything you will need. The kitchen is well stocked, there are items you need for the beach and plenty of rooms to relax in with your group. We loved the hot tub!

The home is beautiful, spacious and clean. We are picky– having stayed in many Vrbos. We felt that for the price point the guest should be able to use pool/hot tub at any hour without paying extra. This is what we've experienced at past rentals. There should be (at least some) laundry soap. We had to run out for some. I dont think the guest should be responsbile for taking trash bins our for pick up. There didn't appear to be recycling so we took it to a center.

House is lovely, updated and clean. Everything you need, beach is literally a 2 min walk at end of block. Pool and hot tub are amazing. 2 family friends flew in from Chicago for 4 days with young kids. We had a relaxing week laying by pool, made s’mores in the fire out, grilled out for dinner and hot tub and night swimming. Matt is a responsive and professional host. Great VRBO experience!!

Beautiful house, quiet street, steps to the beach. Very responsive owners. Dual air conditioners, nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean Spa like retreat

Owners were so personable and went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guests they had. The house is decorated with impecable taste! A must do again in the summer!!

The house is perfect! The listing did include pictures of a future pool, which was disappointing to find out there was not a pool yet after I had already booked. The host did point out, however, that it does say it in the description. The pictures, however, are misleading if you’re continually scrolling and don’t read the narrative. We love Palm Coast though and the house was exactly what we wanted! We would definitely book it again on our next visit.

Not long enough stay. Advertising said pool included ~ but no pool!
