Beach Path House - Freycinet Holiday Houses

Lovely location and house was great for our two night stay. Would've loved to have stayed longer. Will return.

The WOW! factor was certainly evident from the moment the door opened...the property presentation was faultless & the provision for a beach front family holiday complete.

Accommodation was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Short walk to the beach for great views, clear waters and walk on the orange granite rocks. There were 2 cute bunnies frequently spotted grazing and playing on the lawn of the house in the mornings and at dusk. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Overall the property met all expectations. Great location with all needed facilities. Minor issues - needed to have binder with items such as: -- Wifi password (had to exchange messages to obtain) - Operation details for the clothes washing machine, etc. - A listing of local restaurants (with map) - Listing of other local businesses that may be useful (with map) - A list of places to visit within approx. 50 km with brief descriptions Also, leave a red filter for the flash light for penguin viewing, with explanation in binder

The only bad thing about staying at this property was we weren’t there long enough.Stunning location and beautiful property. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Path House has everything…our 8 night stay did not disappoint..quiet location, beautiful views, close to beach, and short walk into town via beach path located right outside house. Penguins come ashore at dusk right outside the house…speaking of the house, it has everything you need for your family getaway. Comfy lounge with wood fire, big screen tv with bluray player and free wi-fi. Reverse cycle heater/air-conditioner also a treat for those cold mornings. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Three large bedrooms with 2 having Queen beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. Main bedroom has its own ensuite with shower. Separate bathroom with shower and washing machine. Clothes line outside behind garage. Plenty of wood was supplied for wood fire. Large deck with ocean view was a treat to enjoy breakfast. It appeared that the home had recently had a complete refresh/reno and that just made it even more appealing. We loved the house so much, we would definitely stay here again. In town, great pizza to be had at Food & Brew, great coffee at Governors Cafe, and Tassie’s Scallop Pie at Blue Edge Bakery are an absolute must. Walk along the beach or walk into town..you will love your stay at Beach Path House and Bicheno.

So glad we booked Beach Path House - what an amazing location and beautiful views. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linen and blankets provided. Wood fire was great for our winter stay.

A wonderful place to stay- lovely home, updated with all the conveniences required. Location is unbeatable, only a few steps away from the beach. Despite the wet weather during our stay, the house was a great place to lounge around and relax, the fireplace was perfect for the cooler nights . Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

This was a perfect place to stay! Peaceful and private, the best part was the short stroll straight down to the beautiful Redbill Beach to watch sunsets and sunrises, has everything you need and more, super comfortable and spacious and everywhere you look you can see gorgeous views. Very special stay in a beautiful town!
