    Such a nice place. Truly an oasis. One block from the beach. A top deck rooftop patio with a 360 degree view. New and very clean. Two parking spots. Body boards, chairs and a beach umbrella made the stay very accomodating. There's a Keurig Duo (both ground coffee and Keurig K-Cups). the beds were very comfortable. We were able to watch the SeaWorld fireworks from the top deck! I highly recommend! Note: CheapRentals has bikes and is only 100 feet from the front door. Restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity (but not too close). *****

    We loved being in the middle of Mission Beach / Mission Bay and all the action.My wife thought that the street sounds were a little loud, I didn't mind it at all.Rooftop area is great, check out SeaWorld fireworks from there around 8.50 PM on weeknights and 9.50 PM on weekends.We had a great time staying here.

    Great VRBO experience. We stay in this area often and would love to stay here again. Management was great the whole time. No issues at all. Parking was tight but we were able to fit a Dodge Durango and a Mazda CX five in the spots.

    Location ideal. House is average for the area. For the nightly amount it would have been good to have some nicer amenities - the towels are cheap and small, as one example. They need to do some work on the plumbing for sure. Property manager is very responsive. The scaffolding that is up for the neighbor’s property makes parking two cars incredibly challenging. That wasn’t disclosed until day of the rental and honestly was really inconvenient. Again for the money that was disappointing.

    Great location but there were not water views and scaffolding obstructed access to gate from parking to the front door. Parking was extremely tight. There is no curtain on the ground floor bathroom window and you can see directly into the bathroom (window is right next to shower entrance) from the street. Otherwise the stay was fine

    The house was clean and perfect size for our family. My kids loved having bunk beds. They give you beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more too. The location was top notch. So many restaurants all within 10 minutes of walking. 15 min walk to Belmont Park. We would absolutely come back.

    The property was located in a fantastic area one block from the beach one block from a lot of different eateries and activities. Parking of course was horrible so be prepared if you have a large SUV it is not gonna fit in the driveway. The house were wonderful very responsive.

    Great communication with property managers. There were plenty of towels. House was clean. Plenty of dishes and silverware. You have to accept that every house in this area have moisture but all of the windows worked and there are fans in every room. We loved it here.
