Beach N 'Bay! Welcome to San Diego!

As advertised it had everything you would and could use. It was nicely decorated and very clean. One thing is the entrance to the garage takes some maneuvering if you are in a larger vehicle. There was an issue with the refrigerator, but we were offered maintenance immediately and compensation for any loss of food and drinks. We are already looking forward to coming back hopefully in the summer.

Great beach house. Has everything you need for the beach or the bay!

We stayed at this wonderful location for 5 nights. Everything you could imagine was supplied- right down to Standup paddle boards! The home was spacious enough for 5 adults and the outdoor spaces- patio and balcony- were such a treat. Safe neighborhood with lots of amenities near by. The neighborhood respected the quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am. The 5 of us were very comfortable including comfy beds, temperature control, and privacy. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely come again.

Best part of this place is how family friendly it is, great pans for cooking, nice the kids were all upstairs, with their own space, nintendo was a nice perk and the beach toys, bikes and surf boards were awesome.

We love everything this property has to offer. Its location, and everything that is provided in the kitchen, but especially everything for enjoying the beach/area - towels, chairs, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, etc. Angie is very responsive. When I let her know that the boogie boards were in bad shape, she had two new ones for us to use within hours. Thank you again!

Nice Location

We had the best stay at this place. Perfect location to restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Host was amazing and was quick to respond when we had questions. Had beach toys which my kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely beach house. It was the perfect location, with the beach being a 2 minute walk away and other attractions being a short 15-20 minute drive away (San Diego Zoo/Balboa Park, Old Town San Diego, etc.). The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had. Plenty of amenities available. My kids really appreciated all the beach toys, bodyboards, and board games. Thank you for the lovely stay in Mission Beach, it was the perfect addition to our vacation! :)

The location is perfect between Ocean and Bay. The great bonus is all equipments: boards, bikes, ball…

This rental is literally steps away from the beach and bay. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including lots of beach/water gear. My family had an amazing time in Mission Beach and would definitely stay here again!

We always enjoy our visit at this location each year!
