Stayed Jun 19, 2025This property is excellent. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a great pool to jump in when you get home! Fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation! We had 6 adults and a baby and the accommodations were perfect for our group.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Overall very impressive. The pool was a main attraction for the family and it was very clean. The entire house is immaculate and feels like home. Walking to the beach was a breeze because it is very very close to the house. We had such a wonderful time here and hope to be back. Thank you to Theresa for being there when we had any questions.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We had a 2 week stay at Vilano Beach. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the house, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was terrific and a very easy, short walk to the beach which is beautiful. The house is a short 10 minute drive to St Augustine for a little excitement or stay at Vilano for peace and quiet.

Stayed May 31, 2024Location Location Location The Pool was amazing The House was spacious The Beach & Ocean was fabulous Sadly, we had to deal with LIVE rodents, active bugs, and annoying smells near the treatment plant. Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen ? Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️

Stayed Apr 15, 2024We found the home to be average, but could use some improvements in livingroom furniture. Appliances all worked, but could be updated. AC worked good. We did have some issues with cockroaches,but they did send someone over to spray which helped. The pool was very nice! We did occasionally get some odor from the sewer plant across the street. The proximity to the beach was great (5 minute walk) and we loved the restaurants nearby. Whenever we had a request the owner responded immediately.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location to the beach. The pool was great as well. They welcomed us and our fur babies. There was a nice welcome basket with goodies for all including our dogs. Looking forward to another trip to St. Augustine! I’m going to check out your other properties as well. Thank you!
