Nice house and loved the direct access to the pool out the back porch! Owners were great to work with and no issues during our stay!

Overall, the property was great. Direct access to the resort-style pool was a bonus, along with all the beach supplies provided. We experienced a security breach issue, but the owners were very responsive and quick to resolve. We would consider staying at this property again and recommend for family vacations.

This was our second year to stay at Just A Breeze Away on 30A. It was AWESOME this year as well. The attention to details at this place makes for a very enjoyable stay.

The location of the house was great. The house was in a nice neighborhood and the kids loved the pool out back. The owners were helpful and available. The HOA is very strict with their parking policy so pay attention to that detail.

If you are looking for a rental this is the one. I have been taking my children and grandchildren on family vacations for some time and this property was right at the top of the list. The owners were amazing, the house was amazing, the resort style pool right out the back door was amazing. Although this property is not right on the beach, it is just a short golf cart ride down the street. My grandchildren would rather be at the pool anyway. The owners are very attentive and have provided everything you could think of to make your trip enjoyable and stress free. Our family would most definitely plan to stay here again!!

Spacious home for multi generational family vacation. Loved the location next to the pool. Conveniently located to the beach.

From the beginning to end the host was GRACIOUS and AVAILABLE for all questions we had. The home was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SECURE and CONVENIENTLY LOCATED near attractions and beach. The pool was Refreshing, BEAUTIFUL, and HUGE. I would RECOMMEND this home for all large families for any occasion. We was pleases to see that the home was filled with all pool and beach supplies. I would give this home a 5 VISIT.

We traveled with 8 adults and one infant. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The layout and location of the house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends. Just feet away from an incredible swimming pool and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home and a wonderful experience through Ryan & Jen. They were responsive, informative and accomodating from the beginning of the process through the very last day of the trip. Could not recommend them highly enough.The house was perfect for our party of 8 adults and a 9-month old. The location was great, minutes from beach and activities and in a gated neighborhood. Pool access was a dream, the house was super-clean and had everything we needed.It's not often everything goes perfectly with the house, the owners and the stay itself, but happily that was how this trip went. I'd stay here again, or in any home Ryan & Jen offer, in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the best stay! We came in late due to travel. Check-in was so simple. The house had all things needed for a stress free vacation. Grocery store was a few blocks down, the beach and shopping just a couple blocks down(easy walking distance). This was the perfect spot. We will be coming back!

Great location and everything in the house was as pictured and described. The proximity to the pool was amazing. The coffee bar was a nice perk!

Super Nice home. Equipped with everything we needed. Awesome pool with great back door quick access. Our group included my husband and I, our 2 grown daughters with their families including our 4 grandchildren ages 5,4 1/2, and 2 -1 year olds. Enjoyed every moment!!
