Beach House with Private Pool

I really want to say dont rent it so we can rent it whenever we want but I can't because This was a great find for the six of us with plenty of room. I felt like the price was fair considering we had a private pool. This little house is cute and decorated very nicely not over done like I have seen others its decorated just right and has a feeling of home. When we arrived we noticed whoever had been there before us evidently let a little one toss rocks and sand from around the pool into the pool not a big deal for us the next day we went out came back and that pool was sparkling clean their pool person is good I can never get all the sand out of ours. When we weren't out our kids basically lived in that pool and we ate several meals on the cute patio. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to fix a meal. Having garage parking was wonderful and its fully stocked with beach supplies not having to buy a bunch of sand toys was really nice and the few we did buy we left and added to the pile. The house was clean and the beds are comfortable my kids loved the bunk room and we loved this little house. Veronica was great she had all the info we needed sent over for check in and it went smoothly I have nothing but good to say about this stay. We are already hoping to stay again in the near future.

Overall good vacation experience. Only inconvenienced was construction right across the street from sunup till sundown… Nail guns… Loud trucks… Horns beeping… Other than that enjoyable stay

From the minute we opened the door, we loved this house. It smelled clean when we arrived and every room was spotless! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! We couldn’t think of 1 thing we needed but wasn’t there. Beach items were available and helpful! Distance to the beach was perfect! There is some construction going on across the street but it did not bother us at all! We loved every minute of this house and pool! Not a day went by that we didn’t use the pool. Would love to stay here again! One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!

This house was perfect for my family of 4. You can tell Veronica cares about her property. We spent a lot of time in the pool and short walk to the beach was good. It was very clean and came fully equipped. We will want to stay here again when we make it back to PCB.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to the beach to walk to and the pool was perfect for the times when we just wanted to stay at the house. They had two wagons that were available to take to the beach along with some boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas that made the trips to the beach perfect. If we ever make another trip down to Panama City Beach we will definitely try to stay here again!

My kids basically lived in the pool for 4 days and loved every second of it. Awesome house! Will def rent again!

We just got back from our stay and it was no less than perfect! This house was fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen utensils, plush bath towels to all the essential beach supplies. As expected the pool was the highlight of our kids time (ages 3 & 9) and swam anytime we were home. Several beach accesses were near and we found spots to park with ease. Definitely family friendly & we hope to book again in the future:)
