Beach House with Ocean View, Heated Pool, and Rooftop Deck! Dog-friendly!

The pool was amazing. The roof top deck had a great view of the beach, sunrises, and sunsets. Overall the home was very comfy!!!

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions, place was as advertised, except that by the time we arrived the BBQ had been removed from the place due to apparently an issue with unsafe use or condition, so it was a bit of a disappointment but oh well. The unit was in a good location, close to beach and grocery shopping as well as restaurantsThe kitchen floor to the right of the stove is quite soft so it needs urgent repair as the flooring is showing strain/cracks and kitchen could use more cutlery, otherwise great

Stayed for 10 days in December and it was a wonderful experience. Erin and Kelly were great hosts, house was clean, well-appointed, well-maintained. Even had christmas decorations up which was a great touch. The whole backyard and heated pool were an amazing private oasis and the proximity to the beach was great.

Host very easy to work with, easy communication. Lovely family weekend getaway. So close to beach, pool area is great, home had everything we needed. Loved the Christmas decor. We will rebook.

Great views from the roof and the distance to the beach was perfect. Got to watch a rocket luanch from the rooftop and was incredible. Loved the pool setup and the outdoor shower. Only hiccup was one of the bed frames was very wobbly, and the pullout bed was incredibly uncomfortable

Beach was just on other side of street. Nice little place to stay. I would stay ther again. Pool lights up at night. Nice screened in back porch. Fenced alway around. We really enjoyed it

This place is amazing with pool rooftop great for launches property spotless. Also very close to the beach 2 min walk and ver close to Ron Jon’s the famous surf shop. Plenty of cooking utensils and the beds very comfortable. Jetty park very close great for fishing. Also pet friendly. Beautiful big back porch enclosed also. Had a great time. Highly recommend

Cute place. Fun times. Great location. Able to go downtown easily and are a block away from the beach. Lots of stuff to help you get to the beach and enjoy it. Plus having a pool for days you just want to hang out.

We enjoyed the Tiny Turtle, watched the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch, enjoyed the pool oasis, morning coffee/sunrise on the rooftop, and the beach is literally across the street! Thank you for providing the beach buggy and chairs! If you are toting a lot of kids and beach stuff, you can pay 15 for all day beach parking at the public access beach entry. Owners provide all you need and respond quickly to questions. Thank you again for sharing your home and allowing our families to make such wonderful memories!

This house is perfect in Cocoa Beach. We loved the location, pool, rooftop deck and electric gate. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

There was roaches in the house I contacted the owner she tried blowing me off saying that it was a palmetto bug which is a Florida cockroach and there was a German cockroach there as well I have pics to prove both!!!! My grandbabies, which are 18 months and 5 years old was with me as well staying in this house. Not happy at all especially when she treated me like an idiot as to what bugs was there

This Cocoa Beach cottage was exactly what we needed to feel back at home in the area. Beautifully decorated with charming surf and beach accents, the home is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything required except your groceries. The tranquil back porch and outdoor retreat provide complete tropical privacy. The property is very quiet and offers ample space for children to play or additional parking for vehicles. It is also pet-friendly, with extra precautions taken to secure the perimeter. If you’re comfortable with heights, be sure to enjoy the view of the surf from the upper deck overlook. Host Erin is excellent with communication, instructions, and accommodating requests. We look forward to staying again!

We had a great time with family and loved the location of this home literally across the street from the beach. The pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing at the house. Everything that we needed, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach buggy were a plus! We would definitely stay again. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Enjoyed the pool and playing with our dog on the beach. The beach area is currently under construction and the first day we had to go up a few blocks to get to the water, but we still had a blast. We cooked dinner at the house every night and used the grill and found the kitchen well-stocked. Loved driving through the nature preserve by Cape Canaveral.

Location is perfect. We had a 3 year old, 5 year old and my 80 year old father who has mobility issues and the house was perfect. The toys, pool, and beach equipment were so great with what was provided. We hope to come back next spring break, and have my sister and her family rent rooms across the street.

Owner communicated well. Pool was great and great location in relation to beach and downtown. Electrical was confusing as well as hot water procedure. Kitchen stock was good

Beautiful property, AMAZING location! Absolutely loved staying here and hope to book again! Surfinista is a must-try cafe down the street with delicious smoothies and coffees. We went multiple times! The heated pool and backyard make a tropical oasis that will have you outside your whole stay! The beach was unbelievably close! Less than a two-minute walk away.

The house was very clean. The location is good - just across the street and a few doors down for beach access. The pool is lovely and just like the picture. Do keep in mind that this is an old house. Suggest the living room needs some redecorating to make it more appealing.

We booked the property for our girls trip for the weekend. Everything was gorgeous from the rooms to the decor. It was a great comfy place to stay that we stayed in most of the trip. We loved staying in this home! So perfect for our family. Everything was very clean. 3 things we especially loved - the warm pool, the cabinet of games, and the rooftop deck where we were able to watch a rocket launch. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very responsive host to the myriad of problems that occurred. Heat wouldn’t work, hot water didn’t work, door lock wasn’t functioning properly, and gate keypad sticks, so it was hard to get it to accept code sometimes. The host Erin however always got right on it and helped resolve every issue. Old cottages have quorks!

This cottage was so cute and cozy, the pool was a huge plus! The beach location was super close. The provided beach chairs and beach buggy was super helpful!

We stayed 2 nights and had a great time despite some rainy weather. The house has a great pool and is just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful beach that is dog-friendly. We were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen and gas grill were great. One night, we ate outside at the nice table by the pool. Just a lovely relaxing getaway!

Our group of adults and children ages 7-12 enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach, backyard space and nearby restaurants. Kennedy Space center is a short drive. Good place to watch shuttle launch as well.

Went for a family weekend and just really enjoyed the property and it's location. Beach was a quick access. Easy to get in and out to enjoy other things. Plenty of room to stretch out. Lots of great touches.

Our family of 5 (plus dog) had a wonderful time. While it’s an older home with creaky doors, everything was clean and nicely maintained. We loved the pool and the crows nest. Could not beat proximity to the ocean and appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. She let us know about a space launch we might have otherwise missed. Not only was the house dog friendly, it was right by the dog friendly beach so we could enjoy the beach with her. Would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

House was good, looks were deceiving from the street, what a nice place. Nothing fancy but very comfortable, pool and patio were great. The walk to the beach was at most five minutes, and the house had chairs, towels, and even a cart to haul your things. Property was secure and in a very quiet neighborhood, great for a relaxing and visiting. Only issue we had was hot water, an easy fix and Erin was quick to assist and follow up with us. I only wish I had more time to stay. Definitely plan to return.

We loved the property. A perfect beachy get-away. We didn’t get to fully enjoy the home as we were there visiting family and we mostly used it to sleep. We did get to take advantage of the pool and enjoyed coffee on top of the upper deck. I had hoped to have had more hang-out time there as it had a laidback cool vibe. It definitely is the ideal beach home. Easy walk to the beach and lots of room for people to enjoy hanging out. Communicating with Erin was awesome. She responded promptly and was very accommodating.

We had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better location the less than 5 minute walk to the beach was great. I do feel like the pictures of the property made.It seem a little nicer than it really was, but it was pretty clean. It could use a little updating! The host was really nice and quick to respond!

Our family really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. My grandson had a blast in the pool and at the beach. The family raved about 4th Street Fillin’Station!
