Dear Italy lovers☀️, the vacation season has begun!

This spacious beachfront vacation home for up to 6 people, complete with a garden, is located just two blocks from the beach on a quiet, private cul-de-sac near the Porto Badino harbor.

The location is perfect for morning walks on the beach, a swim in the sea to wake up, a quick dip in the evening to cool off, or a midnight swim under the full moon.

You can request the entire house for 6 people, just the first floor for up to 4 people with a terrace and garden, or just the upper floor for 2 people,
plus 1 child if applicable, with a rooftop terrace—each as a fully equipped, separate apartment.

The vacation home is a detached house with 134 square meters of living space (first floor + upper floor). A beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden—filled with palm trees, fruit trees, blooming bougainvilleas, and oleanders—
surrounds the 750-square-meter property.

The large south-facing terrace (50 square meters) with a view of the sea is perfect for long, relaxing sunbathing sessions as well as cozy al fresco dinners. It is equipped with a parasol, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.

On the first floor (GF) is the “Rosso” bedroom, facing south with
a view of the garden, a double bed, air conditioning, a closet, and roller shutters. Next door is the “Limoncello” bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom, “Sogni d’Oro,” has two single beds, a closet, and a roller shutter. There is also a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.
A dining area with a dining table is available in the living room, which features seating, a TV, and a view of the garden through the terrace access.

On the upper floor is the large bedroom and dining room “Vista Mare”
with a panoramic window offering a wonderful ocean view, a double bed, a sofa bed for one child, built-in closets, a dining table, air conditioning, a TV, and roller shutters. Adjacent to this is the “Alba” bathroom with a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilet. The spacious rooftop terrace (28 square meters) faces north with a side view of the sea and is perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner while enjoying the view. A beach umbrella, lounge chairs, a dining table, and chairs are provided.

The two-person apartment includes a small, cozy kitchen on the first floor with a dining table, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, an adjoining guest restroom named “Piccolina,” and an outdoor seating area with a dining table and chairs.

The property features 2 parking spaces and an outdoor shower.

Wi-Fi is included (however, due to the proximity to the sea, reception may be limited at times). A set of bed linens and towels can
be booked as an add-on or brought along (please be sure to specify this
when booking!).

Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented on-site at the sandy beach. There is a sailing/surfing school and several beach bars in the immediate vicinity.
A small, modern supermarket is located 800 m away, and several
restaurants are within a 3–10-minute walk (both along the street and on the beach).

Terracina, the nearest major town, is 4 km away and, with its historic old town,
beach promenade, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions (e.g., Tempio di Giove) is always worth a spontaneous trip. A visit to the harbor and the old town of San Felice del Circeo, about 13 km away, is also highly recommended.

For excursions to sites of art and historical interest, Rome is 100 km away, Naples (Pompeii)
130 km, Sperlonga 18 km, and San Felice 12 km.
The islands of Capri, Ischia, Ventotene, and the Ponza Islands are also accessible by boat from the ports of Terracina, San Felice, or Naples (depending on the season) and make for wonderful day trips.
Mountain tours by bike or on foot are possible on Mount Circeo and in the surrounding countryside.
Tennis, paddle tennis, and soccer courts can be rented nearby.

The nearest airports are in Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino); the nearest train station is Monte San Biaggio.
A car is recommended.
