This home is fantastic. Location is ideal- 15 minutes to historic St Augustine with so much to do. This home is located directly in the beach and has every amenity that you could imagine needing. Adorable fire-pit overlooking the ocean as well as all of the fun toys and beach gear necessary! It is very clean and beautifully designed.

Ponte Vedra has been our go to for the past three years and this place did not disappoint. Fantastic view of the sunrise from the master bedroom. House was very clean and well kept.

This property is so beautiful and clean. It was very windy during our stay, but the views are amazing, from every window. Such a lovely piece of heaven!

We had a wonderful time. This house was in a great location and really all we needed to bring was our bathing suits! We got to see turtles hatching and a starfish. We spent our days looking for sharks teeth and found a sand dollar. The house provided so many essentials for everyday life that we didn’t expect. We will definitely stay again

Property was perfect for our small family. Appliances worked great, lots of toys available for play, place was very clean, fire pit was a Great touch for the evening drinks.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed them tremendously. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked. Communication was prompt and we were allowed in a couple of hours early, which we greatly appreciated! We will gladly visit again and can recommend this home.

Great house and loved the layout for multiple couples.

House was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views from every room! We have never stayed so close to the ocean, and it was amazing!! House was fully stocked, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to beach towels, and tons of beach toys! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay, and are so grateful you shared your home with us. Can’t wait to go back!!

All four of us agree that we give this house 5 stars. Great location, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, although too cold for us to enjoy the house has beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. The house is convenient to St. Augustine, and a great beach for walking. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot and had multiple fires in the fire pit. Hint: we recommend wood from Beach Boys Firewood..they deliver and stack! We would definitely stay here again. nice beach to walk

What makes this beach rental different from others are the expansive views from every room!! You just don’t find this often. Its perfect for two couples as long as one couple doesn’t mind a queen bed. The kids bunk area would be great for teenagers or pre teens. If you have toddlers definitely bring a baby gate if you plan for them to be upstairs.The kitchen has fabulous views and we loved the double dishwasher. Great open concept!!The laundry room with full bath on the ground floor make a great space to wash off the sand. All appliances are top notch!The beach is quiet with not a lot of foot traffic. The ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing will make you not want to leave! Linens, bath towels and beach towels are top quality!! Nespresso and frother machines on site! Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are plentiful.

Beautiful property with all amenities we could possibly want. Extremely clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing views. Worth every penny; we can't wait to go back. I wish there was a gate at the front, as it was nerve wracking to be outside with a 2-year-old, just steps away from busy A1A. As other clients have mentioned, communication with the manager was less than stellar; thankfully we did not need anything once we were installed.Overall, I highly recommend this property.

The house is very nice but lacks furniture in the bedrooms, had only one couch and two wooden chairs in the living room, no hair dryers and overall very sparsely appointed.

Beautiful views and great amenities are perfect for chilling on the beach!

Great location in PVB with the beach as your backyard. Fun to see dolphins swim by and lots of turtle nests in the area. Nothing beats being able to sip a hot cup of coffee on a porch as you watch the sun rise. Great sized home for a small group. Convenient to have bathrooms in each room and a full bathroom at the bottom of the home for ease right when you entered the house. Great to have the beach chairs/toys/towels provided too! Very well stocked home but close enough to restaurants and grocery to pick up food. The home looked and felt clean but we did have an issue with cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. It’s Florida, we’re used bugs but disappointed in the lack of communication when the issue was presented.
