Beach House Perfect for your Next Getaway!

Communication was good. The house worked for our needs. The house does need a deep cleaning though. Check in was easy.

Great house for a family beach vacation.

Our stay was very organized. Communication was perfect. I did not have to contact the rental agency at all. The house was conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood near our relatives. Though the house is a bit dated, it was immaculate.

Beautiful house and location.

We came into visit family for the weekend. This house was a perfect place for a gathering. Close enough to walk to the beach and a local grocery store very close to the house.

everything advertised was in place. I had family over from other rentals and they came over to visit . Everyone liked the rental. We watched a movie together and played games . Very cozy home and very clean

Place was clean and beach. Neighbors were friendly. I drove 1 Mile to the beach. Two miles to downtown.Comfy place. They advertise a fire place. But it doesn’t work. That’s why I picked the place. Only disappointment

Extremely clean and neat home. Minimal kitchen, just a few condiments, all appliances as listed in description. Missing extra kitchen towels. Breakfast room a plus for morning coffee. For seniors, getting up from a low and soft sofa with a long deep seat was difficult; great for kids' lounging. Lots of storage in main bath, and empty cupboards in kitchen for storing food supplies. Single ply bath tissue disappointing. Fast and friendly response when we had a small issue with the internet.

The house fit our family perfectly, we had some issues with internet/tv but the owner of the house was very quick to respond and helped us with our issues! Enjoyed our stay!

The property was as listed and very clean and well maintained. It is a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within a short walk to Morro Strand beach. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room and seating areas, nice fenced in yard. I was a little confused by the listing but it does have two bedrooms in addition to the twin beds that are right in the large living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer during a beach trip! Shower tub stopper doesn't work, so bring some sort of stopper if you need the tub.

Loved the location it was an easy short walk to Morro Beach. Cute house! However the house was a little dated the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating. The heating system was dated as well so the bathrooms were very cold for the time of year we were there. The owners were very good about responding to our needs and very friendly.

We unfortunately did not read the listing carefully before booking last minute. No dishwasher with 5 of us was no fun. The kitchen was not good for cooking, between the lack of pots, pans, and containers, and the poor quality of the utensils provided. The overall maintenance of the property is very lacking (rust in the tub drain =can’t bathe the kids). Would not recommend for families with young kids, and personally didn’t feel it was worth the price at all for the quality of what was provided.

Dated decor but price point and location were great. We'd stay again. Property management was very responsive.

Wonderful visit. Great location, clean, spacious,comfortable, quiet and safe for the kids. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, watching the sunset, and the trip to the natural history museum. The home is older but very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Spencer’s grocery store is just down the road on hwy 1. We enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at many vacation home rentals as a family. This was a pleasant stay. The price matched the quality. I would stay here again based on the location and price. The beach is 1.5 block away!! My kids boogie board and surfed 4 times at the beach just down the road, in the 3 days we were there. My husband and I also rode our ebikes from the rental to the Embarcadero twice(the bike trail is only 3 blocks away) Overall the house is a bit old but if you don't mind that vibe you'll love the price point. The only negative was not having a dishwasher but we managed. Be sure to bring your own: dishwashing sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry soap. The owner was very attentive with any questions. We are already planning to stay there again in the fall. Thank you for the memories!!!

We had a great week at this property, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Photos of the property give an accurate depiction, the home is a little older but well maintained and was very clean and very comfortable.

We try to book this hike each year. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a cozy home.

Was a very comfortable stay at Morro bay with very easy beach access . The house was very nice and spacious and accommodated 6 of us very easily . Cute backyard with lime and lemon trees . Morro bay and Cayucos towns are nearby with great restaraunts .
