Beach House on Lake Kai in Beachwalk Resort

The house needs a good vacuuming. Spider webs all over screened in porch, window sills, blinds and vents are full of dust.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have stayed at Ain't Life Grand and we have enjoyed this home tremendously. From its nice location on Lake Kai and excellent proximity to the pool and clubhouse, to the included golf cart that makes getting to the beach a breeze, this home is great. It is well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. The different sleeping areas accomodated our group of 11 wonderfully- including 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 3-14. We love it here and plan to return!

Clean, beautiful, on the water, great fire pit, kayaks, short walk to the pool, close to New Buffalo! The beds were all so comfortable, kitchen well stocked! We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend to anyone! Great friends weekend or a week with your family! Sleeps so many! Book and enjoy!

I recommend using your own subscription like You Tube TV while there. They have smart TVs.-Great location within the resort-AC upstairs is not effective. The 2 bedroom area there couldn’t be slept in. -Fairly spacious when you compare pictures online to real world

Bathrooms were nice and spacious as well (however be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as the rental does not provide). The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented homes in the Beachwalk community for over 6 years now, and Ain't Life Grand has to be in the top 2 of favorite houses! It has a great layout, with different spaces for people to hang out, sleep, eat, etc. The sleeping accomodations are wonderful, lots of space for the kids ( we had 7 kids total) and adults had comfortable beds as well. We liked the fact that we were on Lake Kai and had our own kayaks at the house (HUGE upgrade!) and we could kayak right from the boardwalk by our house. The firepit was perfect for nighttime fires. Lots of extra towels and blankets, and great water pressure in the showers.The included golf cart was perfect for getting us with all our gear to the beach. And the home was located pretty close to the pool and clubhouse so that was awesome as well! Overall, this home is fantastic and we would rent it again!

The house is a short walk from the pool, tennis court, fishing dock, and activity center. It is also convenient to have a golf cart, kayaks and swimming equipment/life-jackets included in the rental. The house had all of the amenities that you expect from a rental facility plus many additional ones. The only complaint resulted from a lack of closet space for hanging clothes, due to the owner using some of them for their personal storage. This was only a minor disadvantage for some of the adults. I recommend Ain't Life Grand for a perfect get-together place in the Beachwalk community.
