We truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck was amazing - with the sound on one side and ocean on the other. It was a short walk to the beach and if we have occasion to head to Topsail again, we would love to stay at this pretty house!

This property was perfect for my family on Spring Break. The weather was little cool and this property allowed us to have an amazing stay despite the chilliness. I was so thankful for how everything we may have forgotten was available.This is our last summer at Fort Bragg, but if we are able to make trip back to Top Sail, I will absolutely look for this property

Overall the stay was good.I have trouble with both coffee pots I could not get k cup to work at all. It could have just been operator error too. But no worries we had a great time. Thanks!

Everything was clean and ready when we got there. Great location.

We loved the house and the location. The sunsets over the waterway were breathtaking. The beach was a short easy walk. You do have to cross a road to get to the beach, but was not a problem. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room. The vegetable stand around the corner had nice vegetables and baked goods. The house was about 13 minutes to Surf City and about 13 minutes to Sneads Ferry. Looking forward to visiting again next May.

Nice location. With good view of the ocean and a spectacular view of he sound. My wife, my daughter, her family along with myself. Enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and with nice space to rest comfortably. Easy access to beach shops and places to eat. In either direction you choose to drive.

The house was well stocked and clean. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to shops and restaurants. We already booked again.

Everything was perfect. Clean and ready for us. Perfect location for our fishing trip.

Great space, all one level. Easy to find. Short walk to the beach however you do have to cross the main road down the island.

Very nice cottage, clean and spacious, kitchen equipped with everything needed on vacation, beds comfortable. Would definitely rent again!

The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so crowded with houses which leaves you with an open space on the beach every day. You are a short (8 to 15 mins) drive to all types of grocery stores, beach shops, and restaurants. Next street over within a short walking distance, you will find Andrews Produce that has fresh produce each day like corn, butter beans, watermelon, and more plus my favorite, boiled peanuts.If you like low country boil, I recommend Topsail Steamer. You bring it back home in the provided bucket and cook it in the bucket using their provided seasoning and instructions. I will definitely be wanting to stay again. Look at the great view of the intercoastal waterway I took one evening from the deck.

Beautiful home on quiet street a 3 min walk to the ocean.

This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all.

We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!

This was one of our best trips to the NC coast. The location of this rental was perfect for us. The home was bright and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Easy access to the home, and being able to unload vehicles under a covering was much appreciated, as it rained a few times during our stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay in this lovely house and it does not disappoint. Great location with only a short 5 minute stroll to the beach access and lovely sunset views from the deck. The house is one of the nicest among the 15+ we've stayed at on Topsail over the last 10 years. Lovely open layout with newer furniture, appliances, mattresses etc. Super clean and with supplies to spare. Perfect for a family of 4--everyone has their space but also set up great for games and chill time. Communication around check-in was prompt and clear. Highly recommend. We'll be back!!

Really enjoyed the house and its amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed for some quick meals at home. Convenient to Aneads Ferry where we visited Topsail Island Brewing, Surf City where we enjoyed Mini Golf and Mexican dinner at Margaritas. Convenient beach access where we enjoyed walking on the beach.and swimming.
