Stayed Apr 9, 2025Perfectly clean, updated luxury home at the Marina. Enjoyed our 4 night stay and the Restaurant adjacent was the best too…Great happy hour 100 feet from the back door. Pool was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025My family stayed here for a long weekend before Disney, and we had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the restaurant on site was amazing. The host was very kind and responsive. I highly recommended this property, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024We got really lucky to find this beautiful house in New Smyrna Beach a week before spring break. Our cruise was canceled a week before we were going to board and we were all devastated. This house was amazing and we could come and go so easily to the beach. The pool was awesome and backed right up to Outriggers restaurant with great drinks and food.
