Beach House in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine - 1 Minute Walk to Beach!

We had so much fun. The house is in a perfect location, down the road from the grocery store, walking distance to aunt Kate‘s. The beach is across the street, beach, chairs, and coolers were available to us. Able to easily get Ubers. We had fun cooking together and a nice eating area and we did take out pizza one night. Just a great space and a really good time. Would 100% stay again!

A great birthday getaway for my wife. Host Maria arranged for flowers (Roses), cake (Creme de la Cocoa); and champagne at my request, so I could surprise my wife. Location was perfect for access to the beach and other venues which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house had all the amenities, it was clean, and slept our family of 5 very comfortably. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying by the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend stay at this property. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries.

This cute beach house was perfect for a side trip to the beach for our family while traveling to Central Florida for a memorial service. Vilano Beach is an Old Florida Beach - wide, long and not over built. And this home is just steps from the beach! It felt like we were staying in an old family home instead of a rental. A cozy and comfortable hangout after walking the beach or visiting the holiday lights in St. Augustine. The owner's provided lots of suggestions for great places to eat and we enjoyed many of them! We would defiantly recommend this lovely home!

We stayed over the Chtistmas Holiday while we visited family and friends in St Augustine. It was close to the beach and St Augustine proper. Warm, cozy beach decor in the cutest two story cottage. Small green lawn in front, 2nd story deck and cute patio in the back. Detached garage with everything you need for a beach holiday. Hos t is available for any questions and very gracious and accomodating. Plenty of room for a crowd.AugAugustine

Our week long stay was fabulous! The house was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect week before we moved my daughter into Flagler for her second year.

We have rented vacation houses all over for years & this one is just as advertised (which isn't always the case) & one our family's Favorites now! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels & the beds were very comfortable! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The BEST part for us - a quick walk across the street to the beach. The beach is gorgeous & not crowded! St. Augustine old town 10-15 minutes away & Publix right down the road.. We'll definitely be back. The hosts were great & quick response time!

The house was exactly as listed. It was a quick easy walk to the beach. Everything you possibly could have needed was available. It was a great place for our family with plenty of room.

This house was so beautiful and perfect that you will return home afterwards wishing you could get just one more day here. The beds are so comfortable you will miss them after returning home. Location is perfect to the beach and St. Augustine. Overall the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Beautiful, CLEAN and located perfectly. Definitely will stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

This home had everything we needed! I love that the owners are so sharing and accommodating. This was one of the best stocked places we've stayed. Including if you bought something you can't take with you, leave it for the next guests. We forgot a few things at the store and some other sweet guest had already bought it and left it so we didn't have to make a second trip!
