BEACH & HOUSE ARE PET FRIENDLY!! PRIVATE BEACH COMMUNITY & PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS!

This neighborhood in Fort Morgan was very nice, not overly crowded, mostly families, nice beach. The neighborhood has a combination of newly renovated houses, new construction and houses that need to be renovated. This house needs to be renovated. It functions but barely. Property owner was very attentive and wanted our stay to be positive. Bottom line, we enjoyed our time in Fort Morgan and will likely return. We will stay in a different house, shooting for more like a Holiday Inn level experience than a Super 8 level experience.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the beach. Great memories were made and the kids really enjoyed it.

Host was great! Quick communication and very friendly. He even text every morning the flag color for the Beach! House is just a short walk to the beach and the host gave us access to the pool at his other location a mile down the road. BE AWARE the house doesn't come with any soaps or shampoos, only hand and dish soap. And WATCH OUT for the prickly pear all over the yard. We got lots of bristles stuck in our feet, even with sandals on. Overall we had a great stay. The pet deposit was 100 for the first and 50 for each additional.

It was an amazing stay we had a good time. The condo was clean everything was fresh and cleaned. If we had a question our questions was answered fast.

It was a very short but plesant stay... we hope to come back soon when we are able to stay longer. The house is beautiful and spacious and such a short walk to the beach.

We had a spectacular time! The house was clean and the beach was beautiful. There are no complaints. We brought our goldendoodle and he enjoyed it as well. Definitely recommend. Will book here again!!

Owner was quick to answer any and all questions. I would suggest renting a golf cart for your stay. It is a little walk to the beach. The beach was Great due to being a private beach. I’d definitely stay again!

Booked this place for my husband and myself, my mother, and my dog. My niece and nephew who live close came to visit. Very cozy and very clean! Short walk to the beach. Made some wonderful memories here! Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

This was out first time to the area! We just wanted to find a quiet area and enjoy the beach. We found it! The owner was checking in to make sure everything was going well! Easy to get ahold of if needed! Short walk to the beach. Weather was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay here. We had very little time to enjoy it, but home to be repeat customers! Love the king size bed. I’m accustomed to sleeping with a box fan for white noise and was so tickled to open the closet and find a stand fan available! We would advise taking hand soap & dish soap. Everything else you might need they had in the listing. Derrik was quite to respond to any messages. Everything was clean and so welcoming. Lovely, lovely place. The beach access is at the end of the street. We only saw golf cart parking available there. A person could take a wagon to pull their beach stuff down there, or maybe people just park their vehicle along the side of the road?? All in all we absolutely loved this place and hope to come back with more family soon! Thanks, Derrik!

It was nice

We really enjoyed our stay. Walk to the beach is 3.5 blocks away which is around a 8 minute walk. Was fine for our family and we loved the beach!

First things first. The host is great to work with. The listing is extremely accurate. The house was clean the beds were great. Perfect vacation getaway.

Owner was awesome and communicated very well and was polite. Short walk to the beach that was private and beautiful. If older may want to rent a golf cart. Awesome value and we didnt even use 2 of the rooms. The owner kept in contact with us on the status of the safety of the water. This was very usefull as we are not experts in this area.
