Beach House

We really loved our visit and this host was such a breeze to communicate with. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient (super quick drive) to the beach and also close to restaurants and coffee shops. My kids loved having a park only a block away.

We had a really great vacation staying at this property. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the screened in porch worked out so well because the weather was not so great when we were there. There were a few things that needed an extra wipe down to be cleaned when we arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal for us to do ourselves. Definitely one of the better rentals we’ve stayed at. It was a short walk to many of the local restaurants/shops and getting to the beach was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the loved the open layout of kitchen, dining, and living room. It was as very inviting and comfortable. The screened in porch was wonderful! Love the location- within the calling distance of pool, beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We hope to return again!

Great place to stay! Very clean house in a great location and communicative host

Each year we have a family vacation. This house in Bethany West was perfect for the 7 of us. The host made the process extremely easy. Out of the many homes we have rented for vacation, this one was the cleanest we’ve walked into. Love the windjammer style. We utilized the trolly and pools. Nice, tree-lined neighborhood. Close to the boardwalk, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this house. We love the neighborhood, and it is very close to town/walking distance to the beach. If I had any questions, the host responded right away. Also, we love the open layout of the family room and kitchen.

Our stay in Bethany was fantastic! This house is perfect as it’s centrally located between the other beaches (we made day trips to all of them!) and the house itself was super clean and had everything we needed on our trip! The kitchen was equipped w/everything! Having 2 bedrooms on each side of the home made it very nice to have your own space if needed. The walk to the boardwalk/beach was approx 2 blocks and the community pool/basketball courts are diagonally across the street!

Perfect location for an end of summer getaway!

This property is in a great location - a 1-minute walk to the Bethany trolly and just a short walk to a Wawa and a small local grocery store. It has a beautiful kitchen, all needed amenities for a family, and nicely sized, comfortable bedrooms.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, perfect location. It was terrific. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 children ages 8 and 10. The split floorplan allowed everyone to have their own space and the 2 bathrooms were perfectly located. Our only wish was that we could have utilized the screened in porch more. The weather was to blame there. But what a great space! Host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This Bethany West house was beautifully renovated to make it a spacious, bright and convenient space for our stay. Bethany West is an awesome community and we took full advantage of the pools and fitness center and easy ride to the beach.

My family and I were visiting family in the area and were looking for a place to stay for a long weekend to relax and enjoy the beach. Upon finding this house, I knew I found what I was looking for and it couldn’t have been any better. Everything was beautifully decorated, it was clean and the beds/couches were very comfortable. The outdoor shower came in very handy at the end of the beach day. It was perfect! Looking forward to our return!

Great place for 3 parents and 3 kids. Very good location within walking distance to the beach. Safe and close to everything. Big kitchen where we cooked many meals and a nice porch to hang out and play cards at night.

Everything was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely home! The layout was perfect, and the sunroom was a great place to relax. Also enjoyed the wooded setting, gave it an extra plus after spending time at the beach. Easy to get downtown or beach, walking or driving, (thank you for the parking pass!) By far, one of our favorite places to stay ever!!!

Very nice stay with very helpful hosts! We went with our two kids (4 and 2) and it was a great location with a clean comfortable home. You do have to pay for the pool but it’s only $20 pp.
