Stayed Jul 14, 2024Love this place! Very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location, two doors down from a spot to watch the sunrise over the bay and a few minutes walk to a beautiful, quiet beach! Great screened in back porch for lounging. Jason was also very responsive to my questions. We'll be back!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We love Manasota Key and have visited several times and this home was one of our favorites! It is exactly as described and clean and comfortable. You can walk easily to the beach and the house has chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Also, there are a couple fun restaurants nearby that you can walk to but there is a free shuttle service if you prefer that. Owner was quick to reply when we had questions. We will stay here again!

Stayed Jun 24, 2024House was really good for two of us, beach walk was not more than 3 min, outside shower helped with removing sand.

Stayed May 3, 2024This an amazing beach get away! We loved every minute in this cozy cottage steps away from a beautiful beach! Everything you need for a beach weekend is there (beach towels, chairs, toys, an ice chest, and even 2 cute beach bikes!
