Beach house, 1.5 blocks from beach, 3bd, 3 bath

A nice comfy, clean stay perfect for our family of six and a pup. Everything was just as pictured. The home was lovely and had an assortment of working amenities including dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. Upon arrival the power was out and the lights wouldn’t turn on (typical after a hurricane), but the owner/host was quick to respond to a text and my husband was able to find and flip the circuit breaker. There are three bedrooms (only used two of them) and a small enclosed patio. The beds were comfy and AC blasting (we tend to have our AC a bit higher in our own home), but it ended up helping us all have a great night’s sleep for both our nights. The kids loved the assortment of bunkbeds and having a tv in the bunk room although most of our time spent in the home was on the couch. Walmart is close by so we bought water, fruit, wraps, eggs and chorizo and would have that for breakfast alongside coffee and hot chocolate (via provided Keurig machine). There were plenty of little grass pet relief areas, including one fenced in mini dog park within the community. My husband did his 6 mile run with our pup on the beach across the street with a beautiful sunrise. We came for our son’s jiujitsu tournament at the civic center, only 20min drive along the gulf. Made a fellow competitor friend at the restaurant nearby while there, then found out they were staying at the same town homes and even met up with them at the pool. Perfect little hang with new friends. Would definitely rec.

we were there when it rained (a lot). i know the host has no control of the weather but the parking spots flood and patio roof leaks. if it rains hard enough water will come in through the seems of the doors. otherwise adequate place overall. the pictures make the rooms look bigger then they are.

I would not stay here. The property was not clean or guest-ready upon arrival.There was a very unpleasant odor throughout the townhome that appeared to be covered up with heavy use of air fresheners. Multiple deodorizer spray bottles were left out, which made it clear this was an ongoing issue rather than a one-time concern.Cleanliness was a major problem. There were two used sponges left in the kitchen sink, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and there were visible layers of dust on surfaces, including the backs of the TVs.The back gate to the community was also left wide open, and we were told it was being worked on. There was a noticeable amount of activity in the area, which did not feel secure.I was hosting other guests and could not stay under these conditions—it was honestly embarrassing. We left immediately and had to find alternative accommodations.The owner issued only a small partial refund, which did not reflect the situation.I am surprised there are not more comments regarding cleanliness, as this was a significant issue. I would strongly encourage future guests to look closely at recent reviews and not rely solely on the rating.

Our family enjoyed staying here very much! The condo had plenty of space for the 6 of us. We really appreciated the well stocked amenities provided by the rental. The pool was a great amenity, all though we timed our trip with an Arctic blast from the north so we weren’t able to swim. Since we travel to the area often, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Biloxi! The location was perfect—close to the beach and many area attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again.

We love the location and the property. Very nice condo. Owner very nice answer all the questions.

Check in was very simple and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. No issues with the WiFi. Several of the kitchen utensils appeared to still be dirty and had some food on them including a couple bowls and pans, but were washed and fine to use. Every issue we had was minor and not really anything major and I would still book again. I will say that the main bathroom on the ground level if you don’t have the curtains pulled in the bathroom and by the washer/dryer you can view the person sitting on the toilet from the couch area due to no wall there, just curtains.

The property was clean and excellent.

It was a perfect location for a little getaway. We were close to Waterpark and restaurants. Quiet location.

The house stayed very cool and comfortable which was awesome in July on the Gulf Coast! The beds were very comfortable.Pictures are a little misleading about the community the unit is in. One of the bedrooms was tiny with almost no space to store clothes or bags.The pool was crowded and appeared to be used by those outside of the homeowners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The Townhouse was perfect for our needs and Miss Sally was very attentive to everything. We will definitely stay there again if its available next year.

It was very spacious, clean and quiet

Everything was better than we thought it would be. There were issues with the cleanliness of the pool. I reached out to the host who contacted the HOA manager to address the issues. Our host was very prompt and communicated better than anyone i have encountered before.

This condo really does utilize all the space really efficiently. We had a hard time finding a place that would hold all 10 of us and this condo was perfect.

The online description of the house was accurate. The property was clean and in close proximity to beach and local attractions. Looking for a clean friendly environment….this is definitely it!! We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was right there in the home!! Lot of space and it was a short walk to the beach!! Any question, comment, or concern we had was answered immediately!! My kids wasn’t ready to leave lol and we’ll definitely be booking again!!!

Very nice place. Liked that each bedrooms and had a bathroom, downstairs bedroom used main area bathroom, but all had a shower / tub. There was a small dining room table, but hard to use as it was between the couch and the bar stools. Backyard was very minimal and had to go through a bedroom to get there. Originally had a hot tub on the listed, which was an error. Pool and pool area were nice - not heated. Liked the gated community and a 2 block walk to the beach. Overall happy with our stay!

I brought my son and his two friends down for spring break. The condo was clean and well stocked. The boys loved swimming for hours every day. The people in the gated community were nice and friendly. We will most definitely visit again.

We stayed 2 days on Coast for Mardi Gras This was a perfect home away from home. We grilled on the patio and relaxed in the living/dining area which was big enough to hold entire family of 10

Property is exactly as described in a small gated neighborhood and was just enough room for our one night stay.

The stay was absolutely the best, the host were supper sweet and check in was supper easy! The house looked just like that pictures of not better!!! Super quite area!

Place was pretty convenient to a lot of things in Gulfport. Was cozy and was just what we needed to escape an hurricane. The GPS will take you to the wrong gate. Google the name of the townhouse complex and you will find the entrance much easier.
