Beach Home that is Pet-Friendly and Pool Equipped

House was perfect. Very close to a beautiful beach. Could walk there in 3 min. Well equipped. Comfortable beds.

Very nice! The host was very accommodating and responded to messages right away. The house was spacious and in a great location. It was well stocked with supplies and even had food and water bowls and other items for the dog.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THE VRBO PICTURES DO NOT INDICATE THE TRUE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. BLACK MOLD IN THE MASTER BEDROOM SHOWER, ROACHES EVERYWHERE.The master bedrooms the sink on the right side is slow draining and clogs. The plates in the cupboard are chipped. The sliding glass door in the living room does not work and needs maintenance. We used the master bedroom sliding door since we didn't want to have an issue with the slider in the living room and the sliding door frames are filthy on the outside. The BBQ's are filthy and we didn't use them. We ended up eating out every night. The screen enclosure has non-native vines growing on it & a tree branch is also growing on the enclosure.We arrived late Thursday night (8/28/25) and we were greeted by no less than 11 roaches, 5 in the pantry (dead), three scurrying around the kitchen (live I killed all of them) one in the master bedroom (live I also killed it), 1 in the master bedroom closet (dead) and one in the entrance closet (dead). We cleaned the floor afterwards. There are 2 recent roach arrivals (dead killed by me this morning 9/1/25) in the pantry that we left for your observation. And the garage door was kept closed throughout our stay.My wife did not want to stay here after that. Ended up washing all the glassware, dishes, pots & pans that we thought that we would be using throughout our stay. We then stripped the bed & washed bed linens. 3hours we were ready for bed. 1500 words are not enough to describe....

Great access to the beach and pool, great toys and crib. Just perfect for our family!

This is the second time I stayed at this location and I will be back. Super clean, close to the beach and the host is very friendly.

The house and pool were very clean and wonderfully equipped. The location was great. The areas surrounding the pool need cleaning and fixing up.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. The weather was a little temperamental while we stayed in Vero Beach for the week, but will still managed to have a wonderful time in large part because of this comfortable house. We look forward to visiting again!

The location of this property is amazing! The beach is just a short walk away. The house was as pictured and described. The furniture was comfortable and it came with everything you could need for an enjoyable trip. The host Martin was amazing. Very quick to respond to messages before, during and after our stay. The house inside was clean and well taken care of. The patio area did need a hose down due to some dirt and leaves but could have been the result of rain and wind in the area. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway.

This property is amazing! Martin is an excellent host - very attentive and caring about making the most of our stay. The house is in a fabulous location to the beach and is kept immaculate. Nice decorating touches truly make you feel relaxed and at home. You can tell this house is well taken care of. No problems from booking to check out. The pool is a very refreshing on the hottest of days. We stayed with our 2 dogs who made themselves right at home. I hope we get the opportunity to visit again and I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking in the Vero Beach area. A special shout out and thank you to our host, Martin.

My 3 sisters along with our 99 year old mom and myself stayed here for a short 4 night stay and everything was wonderful!!

This was an incredible place to stay for a couple of nights while we met with family in Vero Beach to celebrate our Aunts 100th birthday! It was clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there and we were able to get in some beach time with a very quick walk across the street! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!
