Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at Granite Point. Place was beautiful and peaceful. Beautiful beach and the nicest hosts. Highly recommend this place.

This was such a peaceful setting with a wonderful view of the ocean from the enclosed porch. Plenty of room indoors for the family to spend time together. Large kitchen area and supplies ( pots, pans, dishes, etc.) made meal prep easy. It was just a short walk across the road to a private beach area. Joyce, our host, responded quickly to any questions.

Clean, comfortable beds, walk to the beach, within an hour of everywhere we wanted to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Maine.

Renting was easy the only issue for us was the added cost of $312 service fee. That seemed a bit extreme.

My family it enjoyed our stay at Joyce’s house. It’s large enough that our family of four was able to stretch out comfortably. While we ate out mostly it was nice to have the large table to sit together and have breakfast. There is a nice sized beach right across the road which is not crowded (great for our kids). you get a view of the ocean from the front room and being able to listen to the water is a nice touch at nighttime. It’s also conveniently located…not too far from all the restaurants in biddeford and kennebunks. Joyce was a great host and it was nice to be able to meet her in person. Very responsive and she provides everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Also the guide to the area she provided was super helpful.

This house has possibly the best access we’ve ever had to the two private beaches at Hoyt’s Neck. Our hosts provided some very thoughtful amenities, including linens, basic cooking spices and coffee, and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows of good quality. There were games for the kiddos, and everything you needed for a full at-home lobster feast. The hosts were also very friendly and welcoming (they live next door).

My daughters and granddaughter and myse loved the cottage. so comfortable and inviting. It was clean and well stocked with amenities . This was something I have wanted to do for years but could not afford it.. Finally saved up enough to have my dream come true. We so enjoyed the beach.. People were very friendly. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the sunporch every morning and watching the tide coming or going. We would definitely recommend this vacation home to all our friends.

This is a wonderful family-oriented vacation home. Everything you would need in a comfortable, spacious property with a gorgeous view, and in a choice location on the Maine coast.

This house is in the perfect spot. Small private beach was clean and almost empty. Loved being able to bike or walk down to the wildlife refuge. We have 2 teenagers and it was great to not worry about where they were going as there were plenty of options for bike riding, etc . Highly recommend.
