Beach Heaven! Spacious townhouse by the beach in Huntington Beach!

We had an amazing stay. Roger was there to greet us and show us the townhouse when we arrived. The townhouse was spacious and felt like home. We would definitely rent again if and when we come back to Huntington Beach.

Excellent accommodations.

Roger was very kind and accommodating. Nice location just a few blocks from the beach. Comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood. The car port was too tight to comfortably get in and out of our Ford explorer, but we could have made it work if we had too. There was parking on the street so we didn’t bother. Overall it was a good experience.

Really great location, really comfortable mattresses, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Will book again.

Host was very welcoming. House was very well equipped with all the amenities we needed - kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Location is awesome - few mins walk to a beautiful beach!

Roger is a terrific host. This unit is in a wonderful location and as described. We could walk downtown, the beach, and also explore other towns easily. Street parking was always available in front of the unit. We ate out many of our meals and there are a variety of options nearby. We shopped at the local Whole Foods too. It was helpful to have laundry so we could wash beach towels too. We enjoyed being in southern CA (first time for my kids) and can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Very spacious townhouse with many included amenities. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked another two weeks already for next year.

We walked or biked everywhere. Effortless ParkingStreet parking was easy, parked right in front of the house, no issues.Chef-Ready KitchenWe whipped up surf-and-turf dinner with ease, spacious counters, quality cookware, and every utensil you could need. Grill on the patio. This was much appreciated since some VRBO had very old cooking supplies.Beach Gear GaloreFour beach chairs, wagon, cooler, plus towels, umbrellas, and sand toys, everything for an all-day beach adventure.Naturally Cool & BreezyPlenty of windows and cross-vents keep the house refreshingly cool.Host are friendly and welcoming. This place has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation!

This was our second time staying at the property and we loved it as much as the first time!

Roger is incredibly responsive and attentive to the guests’ needs. The home was clean and very spacious while also in a perfect location for some beach time. We would recommend this property highly and we cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful stay in this townhouse, it was the perfect place to stay when we were in town to watch the Volleyball Huntington Beach Open. It's very close to the beach and not a far walk to all the shops & restaurants at Huntington Pier. Roger, the host, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay here. We had a nother daughter trip and the house was perfect for whatwe needed. Roger was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for future trips.

Fantastic location! Home was very comfortable and host was great.

We enjoyed everything about this place. The condo is roomy and a short walk to the beach. Roger had beach towels, chairs and sand toys for us to take to the beach. There was even a wagon that allowed us to take the kids. I liked that the place is a bit off PCH as I did not hear street traffic at night. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This property is amazing! Roger was a wonderful host and we loved being 10 minutes away from the beach. Great neighborhood with plenty of parking. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our vacation. I would definitely book again!

Perfect place to stay with our adult kids & grandbaby. Plenty of room for everyone, comfy beds & a third bathroom was amazing!!

Ours was a father/daughter trip to visit family, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We loved it!

Roger made our stay super easy and very welcoming. He showed us around the house and very attentive. The house is little less the 30 minutes walking distance to the main street so we liked that, especially when the weather is super nice, don't mind the walk. I also like the rental had near by stores incase you need to grab quick drinks and or snacks. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks Roger for letting my family and I stay at your house!! Corina
