The home is walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, the pour and located close to all of the most popular restaurants in PCB.

Location is between two major roads that run together and has significant road noise. Difficult to get to the beach if you have knee problems or your bring a lot of stuff to beach. However can walk to multiple restaurants near beach. Overall nice home and convenient to to beach and resturants
