BEACH HANSON 3 NEW Construction with pool and spa

I’m stayed many Vrbo’s but I’ve never had a host like Gerald. The communication was great and he would call me just to check and make sure everything was ok. He gave me tips on places to eat and shop at in the area. I will definitely be back and stay at one of his properties again.

The host was very helpful with very timely communication answering all of our questions. The home is set up very well to host a large number of people with wonderful spaces to gather and enjoy the home in the very large living room, the spacious deck with plenty of seating for everyone, the pool and hot tub or a wonderful fire pit surrounded by a large seating area.The location was outstanding. The beach is a very quick walk with excellent access. The views of the ocean were great from a more private top deck. The main grocery store is very close to the home location as well which came in handy. This was a wonderful home to stay in for a large group. Very nice set up for lots of people to have their own spaces. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this beautiful rental property and were absolutely blown away by the experience! The property itself was immaculate clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The interior decor was stylish, and modern, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal providing easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We enjoyed relaxing on the spacious patio and unwinding in the luxurious hot tub. Overall, our experience at this rental property exceeded all expectations. The house was perfect for our large group. Close to the beach and plenty of room inside and out for everyone. Host was very quick to respond to any questions about our stay.

Very nice house, beds were comfortable the house is very spacious for a large group. We rented Hanson 3 for a family gathering it was 20 of us. The outside area is beautiful and very cozy, we were able to watch tv while lounging in the hot tub. I highly recommend and will be renting this luxurious home again! 10 out of 10 stars
