BEACH HANSON 1 New Construction with private pool and hot tub.

One of the best VRBO property we stayed! Easy communication with the owner, nice and clean property. The pool/spa under shade is a definitely big plus for families with kids. I would recommend everyone want to stay in the area.

This is such a great spot for a large group! The beach is walking distance, and the large backyard is great for games and grilling. The pool is a great way to cool off from a long day in the sun! I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Beach House! Everything was clean & the house had everything we needed! Gerald, the owner had fast response time and was willing and ready to help in anyway possible. Great location as well! Will definitely book again!

The property was absolutely beautiful the pool was great, and Tge host Mr. Hansen is very nice and extremely helpful and very responsive. Our family will most definitely return!

Pool and hot tub are now must haves for our family. Kids and adults enjoyed hours of fun! Great host even brought us gas for the golf cart!

We had a great girls’ weekend with all the aunts & cousins. The kitchen is a little hard to cook in for that many people, but it definitely needs some oven mitts and kitchen towels! We burned our hand. It would also be nice to have the travel size soap, shampoo, lotion provided like at hotels. And a binder would be handy to tell you about the hot tub & spraying for bugs, etc. Gerald does a fantastic job telling you those things over the phone but then you have to remember them!!! ?

We loved staying at this home for our beach weekend - it sleeps a lot of people but also has a bathroom for every bedroom! Great spot with an amazing pool that would be an excellent spot for your next gathering! We had a minor issue and the owner was really responsive and took care of it immediately.
