Stayed Dec 25, 2024It was nice to be close to the beach, but not in the chaos and traffic of beachside. Condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very easy.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We loved the condo, it has a great use of space and the kitchen was great to use for my husband and I. We also really enjoyed access to the golf cart for moving around Sugar Mill, which has a ton of trails to walk and ride the cart. The owners were very communicative and made the stay very pleasant and easy. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we're in New Smyrna!

Stayed Jul 10, 2021I loved our stay! The townhome is very spacious, the golf view is relaxing and driving around the neighborhood in the golf cart was lots of fun. Less than a 15 min drive to the beaches of NSB.

Stayed May 22, 2021No problem with booking a Last minute decision .beautiful golf community. Condo was immaculate and had everything you could need. Gorgeous view of 1st tee and even offered use of golf cart!

Stayed Jun 30, 2019Beautiful location and pool is fun. You are allowed to have people or family join you if they are in the area. Facility is monitored by security gate, and you are issued a visitors pass.
