Beach Getaway with Private Pool

Excelent!! This property has a great location, is extremely clean, and has additional amenities gas grill, bicycles, beach tags, chairs, toys just about anything you will need which makes it pleasant for renters. The hostess with the mostest is very easy to communicate with, answers questions in a timely manner making our vacation stress free, very relaxing and enjoyable. We love Brigantine and loved staying at this house! The house has everything thing you need for a fantastic stay! We really enjoyed the pool/ patio area and large yard! The house is equipped with everything you need including many items not included in other houses we have rented such as beach chairs, beach toys, bicycles, and beach badges. The beds were very comfortable including very soft sheets! The kitchen is very well equipped including a large table for dining inside and also one outside. The owner was easy to communicate with and available for any of our questions before or during our stay! We had a wonderful week in Brigantine and hope to come back and stay here next summer!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property for 1 week. The hosts were amazing, would immediately respond to questions, and thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The home was spacious and cozy at the same time, and also very clean. The decor made us feel at home. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. The kids loved hanging out in the “man cave.” We all enjoyed eating outdoors on the patio overlooking the pool. And the house was well equipped with numerous games, beach toys, a wagon to take to the beach, a stroller, a high chair, and even child safety gates! A short walk to the beach was an added bonus. The portion of the beach closest to the property was perfect for our family of little kids since the water was shallow and calm enough to allow them to walk in the water safely (of course with supervision from us). We would certainly stay here again if we choose to vacation in Brigantine again in the future!

This was a great spot for exactly what we were looking for with our family situation. The property was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, convenient location, inclusive of all necessities, etc. We took full advantage of the pool in the back yard which was a huge advantage and differentiator compared to other properties we looked at. The host was even better than the property. Samantha was responsive, thorough, clear in her messaging, helpful, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would absolutely come back and vacation here again!
