Inside, you will be greeted by an amazing living space with loads of natural light, a wall of windows that look out to the sea of sand and blue water beyond, and a gorgeous living area with a fireplace as the centerpiece. Start each morning on a tasty note with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the chef of the group shows off their skills in the fabulous full kitchen. Finding endless ways to use each sun-filled day will be a breeze with the beach right at your fingertips and endless shopping in dining options within walking distance. When the sky turns pink and orange, spoil yourself and hang out with everyone on the rooftop terrace that definitely has the best view in the area. The property management group was awful to communicate with. We had no internet, tv kept going in and out, no refrigerator(died the day we checked in), all of our food that we brought to cook spoiled, my babies milk got clumpy because of no refrigerator. The floor was disgusting, our feet turned black from how dirty it was, the cabinet in one of the rooms was hanging off the wall, the morrior was off the wall in the main living space, parking was a nightmare. It was very expensive for nothing we were promised when booking. Don't stay here especially with kids and if you just want to enjoy. Not worth it, very stressful having to deal with the booking group. Nobody helped, nobody had answers.
Perfect location! Located on the sand with great views and easy walk to shops & restaurants.
The house is in a perfect location. The beach is at your window. We could hear the waves crashing at night. We could see the sunset from our balcony and rooftop deck every night. It was gorgeous. We will absolutely stay again in the future.
Great location and extremely convenient. Stayed here for a business trip and really enjoyed the location. However, upon arriving I had spotted a half eaten cookie on the mantel, I had stepped on what appeared to be a piece of a child’s toy lodged under the kitchen rug, dishes were dirty that were placed in the cupboard, there was no welcome packet, the doors to the storage on the roof would clang all night long constantly waking us up. The magnets to keep them shut appeared to no longer hold the door closed, the electrical didn’t seem to operate correctly (fan switches and lights delayed turning on), and no instructions for the fireplace or if it can even be used. This is where the welcome packet would have been useful. And the glass looking out to the beach was very dirty and had looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Overall we really did enjoy our stay it just appears to have been neglected for awhile and need a little love to correct these things. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location.
The home was lovely BUT NO INTERNET OR TV. IT TOOK VACASA 7DAYS TO FIX IT. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SEVICE
What a wonderful location and beautiful home. The place has everything you'd need for a perfect vacation at the beach. Great location on the beach and tons of space to spread out and relax.
I’ll start with the things that I liked. The view of the sand and ocean from the living room is fantastic. The kitchen is comfortable and well-stocked. The living room is comfortable. The beds are comfortable as well. The location is great. When I first arrived, the instructions were very confusing. The address that I got from the property management company didn’t exactly exist. They sent me a door code, but didn’t specify if it was for a gate or the front door, so I tried it at the nearest gate. It didn’t work. I found another gate that was open, and I found a door on the side of the house, but the door did not have a unit number. My reservation had a unit number. I called the property management company and they didn’t know what to tell me. They told me to just start trying to code in all the doors. I eventually figured out that the address was slightly wrong and the unit just wasn’t marked and I got inside. During the first night we found that the lights in the dining room, and the patio didn’t work. The fan in the master bedroom was going and couldn’t stop. There was a drawer in the kitchen that stays open all the time and can’t close. There are no tables in the living room for you to set down and drink or anything else. The dishwasher was broken and unplugged. I called the property management company on the second day and they sent someone out the following day. They said they had been aware of the fan and thought it was a wiring issue, but didn’t know when it would be fixed. I called the next morning and they said someone would call me back. I called that evening before they closed and they said someone will call me back. When no one called back the next day, I realized they didn’t intend to call me back or to fix anything that was wrong with the apartment. We stayed there for 11 days. They had a full week after that, and never called. The interior doors all have frosted glass. That means that if someone turns on the hallway lights at night, all the bedrooms are flooded with light. Additionally, two bedrooms share a bathroom that is connected to one of those bedrooms. The door to the toilet room doesn’t completely close, so all smells and sounds filter into the bedroom. Anyone standing at the sink has their silhouette projecting through the door into the next bedroom as well. I would try another place first that is better maintained, and I am nervous to stay in any other property managed by Vacasa.
We stayed in the upstairs portion of this two-story home. The home is in a great location, great view and beach front property! You cannot get any closer! The roof deck provides an awesome view and there is plenty of room for eating and socializing! Higher-end kitchen appliances and nice furnishing throughout the home. The iron was missing and the garage remote was missing, but the local property contact brought a replacement garage opener the same day. The kitchen could use some more kitchen bowls (larger ones) and there were no casserole or serving dishes. Plenty of pots and pans, flatware, plates and cups. Garage is small as the description states. We have a Tahoe and it didn't fit, so bring a smaller car or park on the street. Aside that, a great recommendation and we'll be back!! Thank you!!
