BEACH GETAWAY- 9 MIN FROM THE BEACH

Overall it was great, we could have used more paper towels and toilet paper but we bought some ourselves. Loved the pool and jacuzzi and the location was prime.

The house was the perfect size and the manager was very quick to respond and resolve any issue that came up. It was close to grocery stores and beaches. I would say the home needs more towels for the stay and could use more cooking pans for those who do want to cook at the home. These were not major issues but would have made our stay much better.

The location of the property was excellent. Host was awesome. However, we were very disappointed some of the property details were changed/inaccurate. When we booked, we were told the pool had a solar heater but the pool was cold no solar. Bed count inaccurate. There was a leak in laundry room that we had to change towels daily along with a non-working sliding door. Pressure in tub shower was extremely low. Lanai had excessive cobwebs and microwave needs to be replaced. If not for these easily fixable items, our stay would have been a 5.

We had a great stay. Very clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub were nice. Overall fantastic!

We would definitely rent this house again. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Totally supplied with everything families need from high chairs to booster seats to toys. There is even a pack and play! This house is an awesome find and can’t wait to go back!

This was a great location in that it is close to everything from the beach to shopping we enjoyed it

This is a fantastic home. It is perfect for our family. It is in a private setting, but many amenities are very close by—an open floor plan with lovely outdoor dining available. The kitchen is well stocked. The host was responsive. I would recommend it to others

The property was very well maintained and had all that we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. We also did all of our own cooking for the week and appreciated the gas grill and fantastic kitchen and supplies.

This property had so much to offer & the co-host was very accommodating to our needs. We'd defiantly come back. There were many pluses to this house, very clean & kid friendly (highchair and pack & play provided) & the pool has a great shallow ledge for littles - the pool is a little rough so don't wear swimwear you don't want to get pills on & expect some scrapes, however this is probably most pools. The location was great, tons of restaurants around; however, you need to get to the beach early because parking is scarce & competitive. Just a little constructive criticism, that I know the host will immediately change once reading - need towels for every person the house can accommodate, need more than one trash bag for the week, and there isn't a recycle bin for the house.
