Beach front vacation house

Perfect, quaint little spot within a mile of the rest of my family who was also in town.

We only stayed one night but wish we could have book more...location was excellent one block away from the beaches, many great restaurants selection near by...unit was cleaned beyond our expectations...

Beautiful, very relaxing house with wonderful decor. Very close to the beach and several other attractions. I would highly recommend staying here. The only minor things were the beach is actually about 3 blocks away and there was not an iron or ironing board. These were not an issue!! Will be next year!!!

The house was very clean although before we located the towels which had been left in the washer we thought we would need to contact the host. Everything worked out fine. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. We walked to the miniature golf place across the street and had a blast. Two blocks away were every kind of shop and restaurant you would want.We would stay here again if we came back to the area.D. Carafelli

It was a quiet place to stay nobody making any kind of noise. Did not realize the flight of stairs it had made it hard to carry suitcases up stairs. Owner was in contact with any questions we had. Check in was easy but the lock on the door was a little rough to manage from the inside had to really push on the door to get it to close. Place could use a little touching up. There was a dent/small hole in the wall in the living room. Could have cleaned up after the last dog outside but not a big deal just didn't want to get blamed for it. Nicely decorated. Parking was available and spots marked. Kitchen was stocked with plates etc. Good location close to everything.

This is a beautiful home and was so clean! They provided everything we needed and were quick to respond to any messages. The neighborhood is so quiet and I always felt safe. We had a great experience both times we have stayed here!

Was a great location. Overall nice place to stay. Pool is cool because they have a bathroom. 3 min walking to beach an right down the street from one of the putt putt places. House is nice, very spacious for 3 people.

Very cute clean house in a little neighborhood. Easy to find, easy great short walk to beach through a park. Near everything, 5 min drive to airport. If we go back to Myrtle Beach I would definitely book again! Spacious house, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, very nice kitchen, brand new refrigerator, laundry room too! All for the same price as a hotel room. Very quiet too.

The home its self was decent. First bedrooms beds were to high, especially for kids. Living room was very dusty..cleaning could be a lot better. Seeing that raises a lot of questions, especially for sanitary reasons. The front door was absolutely horrible at locking and unlocking. The worst area was the back sitting/grilling area. That table could have broken completely had all our party sat around it to eat or cut someone with how broken it is. In all honesty I can only give a 5.2 rating..and thats trying to be nice. I certainly hope that by what I cleaned and did before leaving gave the cleaning crew additional time to properly clean. One last thing...the pictures are somewhat deceiving.

The property was very clean and there was everything needed for cooking, spices pots and pans knives oils and spices etc. The owner was very quick and nice in responding. Great location in general but especially if you love basketball, tennis or pickleball because it is a 2 minute walk from a very nice court. Right by a public access to the beach. Of course it’s also Myrtle so there is plenty to do. People around were very nice too. 10/10 would recommend

Nice house in a nice location. Met all of.our needs

House was nice but a few things that could help the next guest feel more comfortable.The key pad for entry needs maintenance, the living room ceilings fan was very loud and wobble. Light was out and you can't get he ceiling fan speed. The kitchen had only 4 forks, no can openen, only two big pots no med or small pot for oatmeal or grits. Frying pans needs to be replaced food sticks regardless of spray and needed mixing bowl for salads. The recycle air vent was dirty and needed cleaning along air filter. No dish clothes or hand towels for kitchen or pot holder. Need towels for all bathrooms. They were ruff feeling

Overall experience nice. The condo is very clean and well decorated.

Great location, easy entry, fridge or freezer didnt work so I couldnt store anything I needed to. Overall pretty clean and enjoyed the use of the washer. Also wasnt granted pool access, which would've made our stay much more enjoyable.

Need more forks only 2 available. Other than that the property was pretty good. Might want to invest in better toilets they take awhile to fill up and don’t flush the greatest. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Well 1st off the place was in a nice spot but what i didn’t like was for one the lock is mess up on the door then it’s was trash in the trash can then on top of that they had roaches! Then he wanted to charge me 30 for parking pass then gone say if we need additional parking to park across the street! Not only that the face we was sleeping and him and his wife came busting into the place like never again will i even rent from him again

Excellent property and very efficient communication with the host.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable at this cute, cozy beach house. Our hosts were very communicative, and even helped us with the water and ice machine on the refrigerator when we needed help. The beds were so very comfy, and we enjoyed the beach and pool access!Some constructive criticisms is that the house could have been a little cleaner with dusting needed and crumbs in upstairs drawers, and it smelled like previous guests had smoked in there before us. We communicated these concerns with our hosts, as well as being clear that overall we enjoyed a fun, relaxing time on our vacation!

There were bugs around the house and stuck in the plastic on the corners of the walls. Mildew was found on the shower curtains. Trash on the floor and other items (toothbrush, jewelry, etc.) were found upon arrival underneath the beds. Blinds were broken, and there were holes in the walls behind the bench. The front door requires a lot of effort to close and lock. Location was close to the beach, only about a three-minute walk with sidewalks nearly the whole way to it. People were very friendly.

Flew in a day early for our annual golf trip and needed a place for one night. I accommodated 3 of us nicely.

Cute house…smelled like smoke..really needs a good cleaning..didn’t feel very sanitary..also asked to pay 10 more dollars bc my daughters stayed..very strange considering the house slept 5..if I were staying alone I would’ve gotten something smaller..get strange to have to pay more just for 3 people staying..not like I had more than house could hold!!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. House is centrally located and walking distance to the beach. Also, some attractions were right around the corner. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. It just took a little while to figure out how to lock the door when leaving. It was a little trick to locking the door. However, it was easy to check in.

Location was great. House needs some furniture for outside, The picnic table was trash. A couple of chairs on the front porch would be nice. There was little communication between the manager and myself. Vrbo sent most of the information I needed

property accurately represented by the photos, nice location / neighborhood, easy three blocks to the beach, comfortable living room space, convenient parking spot, appreciate the bags of ice and the decaf K-cups; had some challenge locking the door, beds in the second bedroom were a bit high for senior with arthritis, coffee table would be a nice addition

Well kept, bring extra towels for showers and bring paper towels
