Beach FRONT Townhome w/ Large balcony, and stunning Gulf Views

The location was great! Right on the beach the unit smelled like mildew when we first arrived, after getting some air freshener it got better the unit had all amenities you needed. Beds were not comfortable we had to buy an egg shell bed to put on matress to make it comfortable, the communication was amazing blue swell is top notch keeping you up to date on everything you need to make your stay more pleasant. Walk in shower was very nice and convenient over all we had a pretty good stay.

This is a great condo. My biggest complaint is the palm trees blocking the ocean view from the balcony and the living room.

Everything in the home was as shown online. It is right on the beach and close to everything in town. We had a great time and would stay again

The property had a spectacular view of the ocean, and the beach was beautiful. It’s everything that the listing stated and is truly in the heart of many tourist attractions.

We stayed at the rental from 7/31-8/8. We were rather disappointed upon arrival with the condition of the condo. Unfortunately the unit was not clean. We found dead roaches in the living room, stained furniture and filthy curtains. The furnishings are very dated. The TVs are not smart TVs and continuously glitched when trying to use them. With the weather being less than ideal, it would have been nice to have a functioning television that has smart features. The most disappointing is that this unit is listed as having direct access to the beach. The stairwell leads under the condo, that is littered with trash, and you must utilize the neighboring condo's walkway to get to the beach. With the amount of money paid to stay in a beachfront condo, I expected the unit to be in much better shape. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything was/is as advertised. Some reviews mentioned there was not direct access to the beach from the back deck but there most definitely is. The only knock i have is how close it is to public access, so if you dont get up early and make your space on the beach, visitors from across the street can snag your prime beach spot. Overall, great experience and would book again.

Clean property and very convenient to the beach

Nothing like sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Everything was as pictured. Clean house. Greta for our family will be returning.

Overall, we enjoyed staying here. The location is near attractions, restaurants, stores and most importantly on the beach. The views from both balconies are amazing. The parking lot and beach area was not over crowded. The condo is a little outdated, but clean. The beds were comfortable, even the fold out couch. I do feel like communication could have been a little more clear with check in/check out instructions and how to contact maintenance if needed. The master bedroom shower was extremely slow draining and I wasn't sure how to contact management. Check out was 10 a.m. and the cleaning crew showed up at 9:45, making it a little awkward to do our last walk through to make sure we had all off our belongings packed up, but they did give us space, were polite, and I can appreciate the eagerness to keep the place looking nice and staying on schedule. None of these issues affected our stay and I would recommend.

We enjoyed the ocean views, ocean accessibility and ocean sounds. Property is exactly as described and very near great restaurants. Master bed was very comfortable and 1/2 bath on main floor was convenient . We will stay here again.

Choose this Townhome due to location, West End PCB, area we stay in 2 to 3 times a year. Townhome was great, roomy, deck seemed new, enjoyed very much, new bath 2nd floor, which was very nice! Would stay here again. Only wish other Townhome owners kept theirs as nice as this Townhome, truly enjoyed this stay with friends, all ages 60 and up. Thanks for sharing your wondrrful townhome.

This was absolute excellent stay, amazing views, relaxing and time worth our friends on our anniversary trip. Clean and spacious throughout the whole place. Loved it and will defiantly love to stay again

This house is comfortable for a family and the view is stunning. It is somewhwre we would choose again. End unit of the 4 and it is wonderful. Walking distance is great but we found gps was being weird and we were cloder to stuff east of us. We got lucky to be in jist before spring break. Easy check inComfortable space Cons: Beds not very comfortable but not terribleHaving to walk under the deck dont forget shoes! I'm all about food and thisnis the first vacayion i dodnt find a single place i loved.It would be so kind to have salt and pepper on hand, if a possibility.I didnt like that management knocked on the door around 8pm to check in A phone call would have been fine. It made me uncomfortable. Parking is okay for small vehicle only. I am not a fan of everything being on my phone. If a little to do binder was available, i would have enjoyed that. Was bummed that the sliders didnt have screens upstairs. Seemed it was under a bed damaged. Loce the sound of the ocean. Over all it is a great space and the cons are minor little tid bits. Was very clean and accomodating.

This townhouse is at a great location, right on the beach, with easy access to the beach. Kitchen supplies were limited and there were no cleaning supplies available except a broom and vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner did not work, but one was quickly provided by the manager. The unit could have been cleaner, we found a dirty tissue under the bed in the main bedroom. However, we stayed for a month and made do with what we had. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed our trip!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th with a two week stay, first vacation in 40 years without children or parents, and we had an absolutely wonderful trip. The location was just as we had hoped. The proximity to the water was great. No elevators to wait on, no crowds… just plenty of rest and relaxation. Thank you all so much for everything. Blue Swell was a very accommodating group to work with. This will definitely be a number we hang on to for ourselves our friends and family.

The view was amazing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The only down fall is the decks are very close together. We shared a walk way to the beach. The neighbor did not like use using it. I told them it was the only way to the beach. Overall we love it.

Our only complaint is the owner doesn't have expanded basic cable that includes ESPN, ESPN2, etc., I have never been in a condo/hotel that didn't. The condo itself is always great.
