BEACH FRONT Property, 2 King Beds, Pool Table, Completely Remodeled Interior!

Very spacious for our family of five. The house was beautifully remodeled for an older home. There was lots of entertainment for all ages with the pool table, foosball table, chess/checkers table and just a short walk out the back door to the beach. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. And the kitchen was well stocked and comfortable to use and cook in. One of my many favorite things in this house was the big bathtub and steam shower in the master bedroom. Also, the balcony from the top floor’s main bedroom was a great place to sit and view the ocean or listen to the ocean while I read my book. Overall this is a great vacation home to comfortably fit a large family or a couple families in. Especially with the beach right out the back door. And the host was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions or problems.Just a short drive to many activities, attractions and parks.

Wonderful home for a family trip! Very clean and stocked well. Location was amazing. Suited all of our needs. We stayed with our three adult children and grandkids. Many good memories made. My only comment is that we were surprised the upstairs was open to the downstairs. That should be made clear in the description. But, I would rent again and would highly recommend.

The house itself was beautiful — clean, comfortable, and very well furnished. The beds were especially great, and everything in the house worked as expected. We really appreciated the overall style and setup.That said, there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen didn’t have basics like containers, plastic wrap, foil, or ziplocks for leftovers, which made cooking and storing food a little inconvenient. Communication with the owners was very slow, which was frustrating when small issues came up. Also, while the listing advertised outdoor loungers, what we found were four basic chairs — and three of them were broken.Overall, the home itself is wonderful, but improvements in communication and amenities (especially outdoor furniture and kitchen supplies) would make this a much better stay.

Nicely remodeled home. Have not found one yet in Bayshore that has been this nicely updated. Plenty of towels, blankets, basic kitchen supplies. Good access to beach. Lots of seating areas throughout home. Quiet except for the sound of the ocean - just what we were looking for :)

Property was great a little used. But nice

This is a beautiful home which is well equipped to host a large family. The kitchen is really well stocked with kitchenware for whatever you choose to cook. A walk out the back brings you right to the beach. We loved our stay!

We loved our stay. We are a family of 8 with kids ages 21 down to 2 and everyone loved our time here. This home has plenty of comfortable beds. The open floorplan was really fun for everyone to hangout together. The home was clean and well maintained. The beach access is amazing. The owners response time and care were fantastic.

Our stay at this beachfront gem in Waldport, Oregon, was pure bliss! Just a short stroll to the pristine beach for endless walks and Dungeness crabbing adventures. The sunsets were breathtaking, painting the sky in vibrant hues, complemented by the area’s beautiful, mild weather. The house itself is cozy and well-equipped, but the wonderful host made it unforgettable with thoughtful touches and quick responses. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape!

This is a family vacation property!!Lots of beds and plenty of space. Great room on the main floor has a pool table and the kitchen with the family room. There is tons of seating to gather. The beach access is out the back door. The house is well stocked with dishes, and kitchen supplies. Washer and dryer on sight to help with beach clothes clean up. We loved our stay!

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the amenities were wonderful, and we really enjoyed the beach access. We truly had a memorable vacation. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the cleaning; while generally tidy, a bit more attention to detail in that area would make it even more perfect.

Very-very nice place on the beach, and the location was perfect. Private beach access was also a plus. Added bonus for our stay; the town of Waldport's professional fireworks show over the bay was most awesome, and you could see it right from the beach house balcony overlooking the bay.

The house was lovely, such a short walk to the beach. The only small disappointment was there was no view of the ocean from the living room/kitchen, but would still highly recommend.

The house is amazing - walk out to the beach, view of the ocean from the top floor with the sounds of the waves throughout the house. We had a wonderful time. I did contact the property owner after we were in the house but did not get a response which surprised me. I am not sure if this property was passed to new owners as past reviews seemed quite favorable. The house was very dusty upon arrival and we took it upon ourselves to sweep the floors as they were not clean on the 1st and second floor, top floor was fine. We had to clean out the tub in the master before enjoying a soak too. The downstairs bunk house had a foul smell and many bugs on the floor (alive and dead). Thankfully no bugs on the other two floors so we just kept to the top floors unless we were coming or going from the house. The fireplace is not a working fireplace and if you are walking off the back porch, do not depend on the hand rail, we almost fell over as it is barely hanging on. Oddly I saw a past review about this whrre the owners replied to another complaint saying they would fix it. One more piece of info if you plan to stay here - the kitchen is pretty bare bones. Lots of dishes but pots, pans, spices, foil, baggies… all lacking. I would suggest bringing what you need if you plan to cook. Anyway, I do hope the cleaning improves, it is a wonderful house that they seem to be remodeling in phases so I am sure its beauty will only improve.

Lots of activities and space. Right on the beach on a cliffside with a nice fun path to walk down. The kids loved the adventure. Would recommend and would stay again

My sister and I love coming to Bayshore for our spring break trip with the kids. This house suited all of our needs. Plenty of beds lots of room for us all to spread out.

Every year a group of 7 of us, all family, all Men and mostly cousins , stay at a place that can fit all our styles of fun. This year it was Bayshore in Waldport, and everyone had a great time . There were enough beds for all us and the great room is perfect for families some of us played pool and some just sat at the dining room table and a few sat and watched tv . The last night of the trip , everyone thanked me and every person mentioned that the house was perfect . We will definately be coming back to this house our most favorite one at the beach. I would recommend this place and I’m giving it 5 stars for sure. There was nothing we could find that was negative about this house. Try it , you will like it.

The house was spacious and in a great location. We loved the natural light and the owners have clearly put a great deal of attention into the house. Easy access to the beach was just what we were looking for. The owners were very quick to get back to us and made the check in and check out seamless. Definitely would stay here again!

Someowhat easy walk to the beach and plenty of room in the house. Few inconveniences:Dishwasher didn’t work Terrible lighting throughout with no dimmers. SO bright in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms at night. No fire pitNo basic kitchen items such as measuring cups, dog bowls, small mixing bowls, cooking oilNo beach towelsBedroom curtains in primary bedroom are too narrow and don’t fit or cover the doors or light coming in in the morning. Pet friendly shouldn’t mean no pets on furniture

We loved our stay here. Not only was the location perfect for the view, but central to so much to do and see! There is so much space and we loved the pool table!

This home is set up perfect for large family gatherings. We spent the weekend with our two daughters and their spouses and young children and the house was perfect. We all had our own space and bathroom. Kitchen and island is very large as is the dining area. Home was well equipped with all staples to make family meals. Recent remodel was beautiful & loved that there was no carpet in the entire home. We will definitely be staying again.

Big and spacious home. You had to unwire the garbage disposal to use the dishwasher which was a huge issue trying to cook thanksgiving dinner with a house full of people and dishes. Dirty pool table, dirty floors, sand on dining room table chairs, towels werent folded and put away. Overall, great house with potential. Great location. Beds were comfy and the host had some basics for cooking which was a plus. The steam shower was a huge bonus we werent expecting. Charming home and would stay there again if the sink issue is fixed and it's cleaned.

This house is spectacular! The open living space, the kitchen, dining, pool area, and living area flow together and it was perfect for our group to be doing whatever we were feeling and still be all together. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, knifes etc. The spa bathroom with soaking tub and steam shower was heavenly. The room set ups are ideal for a couple families with lots of kids or a group of girl friends basically having a big adult slumber party (like us). Steps away from the beach. The only thing I will say is that it's easy to assume that this is ocean view, but the ocean view is really only from the top floor bedroom, otherwise the main floor views are bay on one side and grassy dunes on the other. Which, are both beautiful. We had assumed incorrectly about the ocean view throughout the house, but were not disappointed by the views we had. Truly a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

We had a great a family weekend with games and movies. The beach was great and close.

We truly enjoyed the Sandy Bottoms House. Everything was in order. The rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. The kids and teens had fun playing billiards and fuzzball. Everyone certainly enjoyed their stay. Thank you.

What a wonderful home situated so you have a beautiful view of the bay and the Alsea Bridge. The back deck is somewhat protected from the wind by the hill going to the beach. Loved the ramp to get to the back door as we had our old dog with us and stairs are difficult for her. Everyone had a great time and loved the home.

Beautiful remodeled beach house! Very spacious and well accommodating for large groups. One room more accommodates kids than adults. Well equipped kitchen. Had a terrific time here.

Really nice spot. Has everything you need, great central coast location and an amazing beach. Walk over the dunes and you are on the beach. Lots of room to roam. I had my spouse and 3 little kids, a perfect spot to explore the coast, Aquarium, etc... We will be back.

We celebrated my brother’s 40th as a family and this house was perfect! We had seven adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all had our own space but also still felt connected. It was extremely easy to communicate with the host and they were available whenever we had a question. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be back!

This day was comfortable and plenty of room for all seven of us and a small dog. Only thing I would add is that it would be nice to have some additional kitchen utensils.

We stayed 7 nights, and will stay again! The house is beautiful and updated. The beds are super comfy, as is the rest of the house. The main living area is large for everyone to spread out and there is enough room between the 3 stories to feel spacious and luxurious. The views of the bay are spectacular and the view of the ocean from upstairs is stunning. The walk to the beach is short and easy,

Had a great time; very nice property. Ocean view was only accessible from the top floor (not the master bedroom floor), which is the primary reason we booked this property, so that was a little disappointing. No complaints otherwise: very beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.
