Beach front! Pet Friendly Townhouse. Sleeps 6 on the West End!

The bedrooms upstairs was not sweep and mopped with sand left on floors. Walls need to be painted desperately. Multiple electric outlets covers were damaged leaving exposed wires. Mattresses need to be replaced in the bedrooms.

The unit is fine for pets - just wish there was a way they could go down on the beach - even if it was limited hours - maybe consider size of pet - ours is 5 lbs and just likes to sit in the chair with us - always on leash - Would have been nice to have a gate at steps leading down to beach - Overall unit is well maintained

The ocean view was great. One sink in the upstairs bathroom was stopped up. The washing machine was making a terrible noise. A plumber said it need to be replaced. That was a week before we left and it was not replaced. WWith two little dogs a gate on the back porch would have been appreciated. Having a key rather than a key pad was inconvient. A shared upstairs bathroom rther than a bethroom for each redroom was inconvient and I would not have stayed there if I had noticed that.

The room was beautiful and very clean. We had a little hiccup at first, but Bob took great care of us! We will definitely be back

The townhome was in bad shape. Musty smelling with water draining underneath the dwelling into the ground. There were many flying and crawling insects. The bed / furniture was terribly old and uncomfortable. The pots and pans were very warn and old. The entire dwelling needs an update with fresh paint, updated showers restrooms, doors, windows , siding and base boards replaced. Many pieces were crumbling off. The pipes make noise all day. The washer had a fowl smell coming from it and made aloud noises while operating. The doors don’t fit and are falling off the laundry closet. Overall the beach is beautiful and we were lucky to have great weather. I have used VRBO for over 20 years and am a frequent traveler. This is my first complaint. I was astounded that someone would charge folks over 3000 of hard earned money to stay in such an uncomfortable place. It saddens me that property owners/ agents do not take morePride in the experience and Accommodations they are delivering. I wasn’t expecting a grand place. However cleanliness and upkeep, with comfortable furniture and amenities , should at the very least be staples of any property. Lastly, the property manager spoke to me after my arrival and said he was taken aback by my complaints. I won’t even go into how inappropriate a response that was. I was taken aback, as there was no offer of a discount or aSolution to the issues. Furthermore , housekeeping showed up at 7:30am the day of departure. No warning. Just walked in

Cute spot! Easy and convenient. I do wish there was a keypad instead of actual keys. Other than that, no complaints.

This place had everything we needed to include fantastic views, soft white sand and glowing sunsets!

Unit was fantastic, everything as advertised. Would rent again!

Nice little place on the water; we had a good time. I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies as there were none to work with in the place. The 2nd floor gets very muggy, as beach homes often do, so make sure you keep the curtains pulled during the day and you might like to bring a small fan for the room without a ceiling fan.
