Roaches. In the kitchen.The drawers, the cabinets, the counter, the sink. What else needs to be said? Yes, it's an affordable priced pet friendly beach house, but roaches, no.Communication was terrible, check-in in-person was pointless, the property is somehow more dated and in disrepair than the photos suggest.The bed is loud, small, and uncomfortable. The bathrooms tiny with nowhere to unpack essentials.The deck is an accident waiting to happen as the rail is loose at best and rotted at worst around the whole thing. A stumble, a running kid, a dog chasing a bird could easily lead to a ddisaster.Also, the deck rails are magically the same height as your eye-level when sitting on the deck Furniture so without forcing uncomfortable posture you sit on the deck and enjoy the magnificent view of....the rotting deck rail, good choice. I picked up 4 screws in the parking area from what appears to be recent work on the exterior deck stairs, so be warned.But to bring it back home....Roaches.No.I reached out to Young's about this, haven't heard back. With as terrible as dealing with them has been I'm not surprised. Avoid this property and avoid this company.Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

This house is outdated from inside to out. Appliances to furniture to the old wood panel walls. The house smells of old mildew. The best part of staying here is the location to the beach. I would not recommend for the price. Host was great and check in was early and easy, I would use the rental company again, just not this house.

Great view of the beach. Very close super easy access. Lovely wrap around porch with amble seating. Pretty quiet. House has everything you need. Check in was easy and check out tasks pretty minimal. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect! The house could use a lot of updates. The drawer under the oven was very dirty so we wash everything before using it. Overall it is nice and comfy!

We loved this location! The house is dated but clean! The only thing I would change is the size of the beds and the amount of light that comes in one of the bedrooms.

We had trouble with our phones upon arrival. Borrowed a phone from a complete stranger to contact the rental company! They were amazing !! Helped us so quickly & we were able to check in a little early!! Fantastic experience!!!

The location is fantastic especially for a family with kids, being right on the beach made life very easy. The house it’s self NEEDS updates nothing major but a lot of little things that need to be repaired, to include the house outside that has so many holes in it. Definitely an over priced stay especially not to include any sort of beach equipment for the renters & with the amount of minor updates I was disappointed! BUT if you’re just going for a roof over your head & a great location … go for it!

Like others said this house is a little outdated, however, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the view is all worth it. It is so close to the beach and the beach access is easy. Loved sitting on the deck watching dolphins or having breakfast or dinner. It was perfect. If you are not looking for a beachy interior this is well worth it.

Everything was as described. Our friends and family and 2 little dogs had a very nice week ☀ I Would recommend . Young's Suncoast Rentals
