Beach Front-Bay View.- Pool Access- Spacious-Relaxing-Pets. Great Spot!!

Excellent location and very comfortable. Many amenities. I’d highly recommend for a family coast vacation.

The house is great for a group of 8. The beds are comfortable and the open kitchen/dining room/living room area was perfect for our group. The host is an excellent communicator, and the place is as advertised. As comfortable as the house is the best part is being able to walk out the back door to enjoy the beach, which is fairly private. The sunsets were awesome!!

My family has been visiting this house for 14 years because the house amenities and locations are amazing. If you have young children, there is sand right outside the backdoor. If you have a dog, the location is pet friendly, provided you are a responsible pet owner. The beach is close and almost always provides that secluded feeling you want. It's not busy. This house has everything you need. The host has always been amazing. I can't think of a better place to stay, except on the dates I want it.... Those dates are the worst. Lol.

We had a wonderful time! My sister and I took our elderly mother to the coast for some family fun. The home worked perfectly for us and it was so great to be able to walk to the beach in the morning and enjoy my coffee! The homeowner Debbe was great and helped when we had any questions. Quiet, relaxing place to chill on the coast I recommend it highly!

The house was comfortable. You walk out the back door right onto the sand. Nice quiet neighborhood to take walks or ride your bike.

This property was more than expected in the best way! Loved being able to walk out the back door and be steps from the water...thats where the kids wanted to be anyway! Also was great to not be in a busy, tourist packed town. You are close enough to go do the tourist stuff in Newport, and can escape back to the peace and quiet of the amazing house. Would 100% stay again!!

Perfect for our family vacation. Enjoyed that the ocean was just a few steps from the house. The house was very clean and well stocked. Debbe was easy to communicate with.

This was our second year at Debbe's home over the 4th of July Holiday. Our granddaughters love the sandy expanse behind the house, the terrific view of fireworks on July 3rd, the beach toys and game table. This is a delightful spot for a family gathering. It is warm, inviting and clean. Debbe is a great host.

If you are looking for a beach house summer escape, this is the place. A short walk to the beach, this well-appointed house is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and/or friends. The open concept kitchen and living room has everything you need to stay connected while you prepare your meals. Little ones can play in the sand right outside the door where you can see them. This pet-friendly home allows you to bring your furry friends with you as long as they are behaved and you follow the rules. This is the perfect summer vacation home.

This was a wonderful house to stay at. It's located on the beach just a little walk through the grass and sand. We all had a great time fishing, boating, walking on the beach, and relaxing.
