Beach Estate w Guest House 1 BLK from Beach Private Pool, Bch Chair Svc INCL

House was very clean, beach was just a couple minutes walk from house. We traveled with small kids, teenagers and adults. We all really enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels. We would recommend this place highly and we would definitely stay here again. Check-in was super easy also.

So positives first, house was absolutely amazing pictures couldn’t do it justice. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax we had 9 in our party. Location was excellent there was a public access 2 min walking distance awayHost left welcoming bag that was a pleasant surprise.Now my only negative was that there was major construction next door and across the street that blocked access to the house from time to time. Noise made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the days. If I was aware of construction prior I wouldn’t have minded as much beside that my family had wonderful Christmas vacation

It was an easy drive to everything. The pool was great and there were extra toys left for the kids to play. Definitely bring extra paper products and any spices you might use. The suite over the garage was perfect and has everything you may need. The chair service was perfect for watching the sunset each evening. We would stay on this property in the future.

Had a blast in the pool just a tad small for big groups. But with that said it was nice to have a pool. Walk was a breeze to the beach. Grill area unfortunately had ants everywhere so hard to grill without getting eaten up by them but of course you are outside. Outside seating needs new cushions. Overall great location and not noisy but we were there after school was back in session.

Great house, clean and great access to the beach. The only downside was no spices in the kitchen. Could have used salt and pepper for cooking. We also only had one trash bag for 10 people for 4 days.

Nice and clean and well furnished. The pool was great, and you could not beat the location. They are not joking when they say a short walk to the beach. Less than a block from the beach with great access to the beach as well. The 2 chairs and umbrella that came with the house was great as we had place already on the beach with them set up early each morning. If you are looking for a great 5 bedroom very close to the beach Xanadu is the place for you. Also, Blue Swell Rentals were fantastic and went overboard to make sure a stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Finally, we liked so much we are already booked for next year.

We had a blast, the whole family agreed one of our best! House was spacious,clean, and just a short ,short walk to beach . We had 2 babies and small children no problem walking to beach. We will all remember this vacation! 12 people total and plenty of room also the teenagers loved staying in guesthouse. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, you won’t regret staying at this gem!

This rental was everything you needed!!! The info and description was spot on. It was plenty of room for my family of 15 (10 adults and 5 kids) with the two pull out couches. We were able to spread out when needed and have our own space as well. The house was clean and the communication was very quick when we needed something. The walk to the beach is literally 100 steps it felt like. It’s SO close and was so easy and quick to access. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. This is a MUST book property and we will most likely be back!! (Unless our family grows more lol)

Very pleased with location, close access to beach, the pool was definitely a big hit. Number of bedrooms and baths were just what we needed. Enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrellas, set up for us everyday.

House was amazing (and includes an in-law suite separated by the pool area)! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed (plenty of cooking and cookware options, towels [bath and beach], comfortable beds and extra blankets). Location is great and only a few minutes walk to beach access 87. Even had 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up included each day. Will definitely stay here again!

Love this house

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. We had the best getaway with friends. Wouldn't change a thing!

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Location to the beach was perfect. Plenty of bathrooms which is always nice for a bunch of girls. Only “complaint” for the weekend was the ice machine on the fridge didn’t work and the driveway is narrow to the back. We didn’t contact the owner to address situation due to it being easy enough to get a bag of ice. We had cars parked in the front and the side so just used the front cars. Will hit car doors on the fence if use the side driveway and don’t pull all the way back. Would definitely use this house again!!! Super cute. .

This is a lovely home well suited for a large family and has additional space in the carriage house. A short walk to the Panama City Beach with white sand and clear water lining 27 miles of the Gulf of America. There are numerous restaurants, one of which is a short walk from the home for breakfast or lunch and close to the beach. Various activities available for all ages. Stores and shops available within a short traveling distance.

The pictures dont do it justice. Amazing views in the morning. We sat on the upper porch and drank coffee almost every morning. We had issues with the heat on thanksgiving day... they solved it that day!!! They had someone out to fix it on thanksgiving!!! Blue swell was amazing. 100% recommend.

My family stayed here for a long weekend. It rained almost the entire weekend. The house was still just as great! So many places to hang out, talk, and play games. We did enjoy the pool on a rain break. The walk to the beach is very short, and there is a great view of the water from the front porch, which is also a great hang out area. The mother in law suite was awesome and perfect for my new husband I. Would definitely stay again! The communication with the property management company was A+!
