The Space:

Stepinto a one-of-a-kind three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath retreat full of vibrant color, creative spirit, and laid-back charm in the heart of coastal San Diego. This eclectic bohemian home is bursting with personality, from hand-painted murals to mismatched decor, and it radiates warmth, love, and soulful energy throughout. Inside, you'll find two spacious living rooms designed for connection and comfort. One features a large L-shaped couch and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing with friends and family. The updated kitchen includes a gas stove, ample counter space, and bar seating, opening seamlessly to the main living and dining areas. A full dining table seats five and looks out to the lush backyard. Each bedroom offers its own unique character. To the right of the entry, a cheerful and creative space features a daybed that converts to a queen, blackout blinds, closet space, and a small table perfect for crafts, reading, or morning coffee. Just down the hallway, another bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed and plenty of natural light. At the end of the hall, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, large closet, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a floating vanity. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and additional storage. Outdoors, the home truly shines. The backyard features a saltwater pool and spa with loungers, ping pong table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. The outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor fridge, and bar seating.
