Beach Dance is the perfect family home in a convenient location just steps to the Gulf, Restaurants, Shops and the Free Trolley! For our convenience there is an Elevator that takes you from the garage level to either of the living levels and a spiral staircase to the Roof Top Deck from the main living area!!
Built for rest and relaxation but meeting the very high standards that you would expect from a luxury home no detail has been over-looked from the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and contoured high ceilings to the long list of other amenities. Beach Dance includes a floor plan that lends itself to privacy for all but leaves plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy the home together.
Imagine waking up to the sound of the surf rolling in. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck as the sun comes up and the island comes to life. Spend the day on the beach, cool off in the pool, or walk to shops and restaurants. Gather around the dining room table for dinner with the sun setting over the Gulf as your backdrop.
With 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths there is room for the whole family and everyone has their privacy and personal space. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and include 1 King in the master suite, 3 Queens Suites and a 5th Suite with 2 Twin bunk beds for up to 10 guests. The King Master Bath includes twin sinks, Jacuzzi Tub, Large Glass shower and one of two full size washer/dryer combos. The rest of the suites include full baths as well with either glass walk-in showers or shower/tub combinations.
Beach Dance is the ideal place to kick back and relax with all the comforts of home but if you must stay in touch with the real world there’s 55” flat screen TV’s in the Living Area and Pool Cabana as well as a 46” in the master and a 32” in the children’s room. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet access is of course provided.
There are pool and beach toys and chairs as well as a beach cart and a beach umbrella.
