Beach Country 7 BR/ 7.5 House w/ Heated Pool

Beautiful property with the BEST access to the beach. We will be back.

The house was amazing for our 2 families. Plenty of space and enjoyable amenities. Very convenient to the ocean and nearby restaurants. Check-in and out process was super easy. Management was great to work with, while staying in November we didn’t think to have the pool heated and called management and they had someone there within the hour to turn the heater on. Well worth the money. We would return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Country this Summer! There was plenty of room, the walk to the beach was quick - right across the street, and it was close enough to shop, eat, etc in the evenings without fighting a big crowd. The pool was lots of fun for the kiddos and we enjoyed the extra items such as the firepit out back for smores, the ping pong table and the bikes to ride.

The Best family vacation! Everything was perfect, plenty of room for all, steps away from the beach, so many amenities! We will be back for sure.

This property is amazing! It has everything that you would need for a home away from home stay. If you are a bit particular about your conveniences, there are several stores all within a 10 minute drive. We cooked and fed a family of 18, a full Thanksgiving meal using every kitchen gadget available to us. We are from the New Orleans area, so we put on a feast! We plan on coming back every Thanksgiving.

Navarre has become our go to beach spot. This is our second year using VRBO. The property was great, plenty of room, close to beach with easy access. No big living room for families, but large kitchen which was helpful. We loved that we all had our own bedrooms and all had private baths which was perfect for multiple families . No extra linens/blankets so bring your own. Overall it was beautiful and we had a great time.

We had an absolutely amazing time and this place was perfect. We couldnt have had a better time. It exceeded any expectations we could have had. Every room has an amazing view and with 14 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone. The amenities are endless and with the beach literally being a couple minute walk, its perfect in everyway way. I would 100% recommend this to everyone.

This was our first time at Navarre Beach after years of staying further east. We were very happy with the ease of access to the beach, and the fantastic views of the gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound from all windows of the home. The bedroom/bathroom layout was great for our extended family. Nice backyard lawn and volleyball net, ping pong, and foosball were fun diversions for the kids when they weren't on the beach or in the pool. If you're picky about some creature comforts, I'd suggest you bring along: blankets, your own pillows, extra kitchen towels, hand soap for bathrooms, body soap, tissues, room spray, throws for the couch, and maybe a stick vacuum, as they only had brooms and dustpans. The garage fridge is a nice place for storing drinks you'll take to the beach. Plan on bringing a LOT of ice if you have a large party-if 3-4 people are taking small coolers of drinks to the beach, you'll need a lot, and will need to replenish. July 4 festivities included a fireworks display shot off from the Navarre Pier and a small golf cart parade before dusk that went down the street in front of the house.

This was a perfect location. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. We enjoyed the pool that was facing the beach and all of the outdoor spaces. We couldn’t have asked for more!

House is exactly as depicted. Great location and amazing home. Be sure to read the rental info they send you a few weeks prior to your stay as there’s vital info you’ll need before traveling. Our group of 15 had an absolute blast here and would love to come back.
