Beach Cottage rocking chair porch and entertaining back yard. Sleeps 10

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Cottage. The space was great for our family of 9. There was plenty of room, a short walk to the beach, and restaurants. We loved the backyard and the proximity to everything. We definitely recommend this property.

The property was clean and well stock with everything. We had an issue with one bathroom, and Benji came within hoursto address the issue, which actually was not an issue. Location was good and we had a really good vacation.

Our family had the best time! Great house with plenty of room. Excellent outdoor area and a vast DVD and game collection. Excellent location with and easy short walk to the beach!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was just as advertised, and more! We didn’t expect all the extra amenities, plenty of towels, the cottage was so roomy, the four bedrooms were a plus, having two living rooms was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood, we rode bikes, very clean property, having a yard was great! If anybody is looking at staying here, and have any doubts, you can’t go wrong with this rental, much more than a beach cottage, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay, the house was well equipped and in a convenient location. The distance to the beach was close. We would recommend this location.

We loved our stay at this great cottage. This is a true beach cottage in a wonderful neighborhood! Easy to walk or drive to the Village/Pier area and several great restaurants. Having the 4BR and 3 baths were a big plus. Lovely back yard with fire pit, outdoor dining and swings. Cute covered front porch with rocking chairs. Property Managers were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Everything was great but 2 things-the floors were not very clean. They really needing mopped several times. Further the fridge went out during our stay. We lost a lot of food and did not receive a refund. Also, we were provided two coolers and 2 five lb bags of ice-not nearly enough for our needs. We enjoyed all the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the outdoor shower!

Seabreeze was perfect for my stay with a group of friends. Location was incredible and we made friends with the neighbors! Walking distance to popular restaurants and brewery.

This property met our needs perfectly! We had 6 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room to spread out! The outdoor courtyard area was a nice perk, as well. Our baby loves to swing and the shady corner made it pleasant even in the middle of a very hot day. The kitchen was well-stocked with any cooking or serving item we needed, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do, as well!

Let me start by saying the location of the house is absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and avoided 4th of July traffic by walking to the pier for fireworks. The house itself is large and has 2 living rooms. Which was great. We let the kids hangout in one room and the adults in another. With that said the house is very outdated. The showers were almost unusable because of how small they are. It was very hard to effectively shower when you bang into the walls, there is one shower on property that is a tub/shower combo. The mattresses on the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. None of the doors in the house have locks on them. They do have an old school key lock (however anyone can see in the room with the door closed because the key hole is large). I attempted to ask the owner/manager about 4th of July firework locations via chat (how they originally communicated with me regarding check in procedures), however I never got a response from them. The back half of the house is an addition and was extremely humid and moldy smell. One child stated they could hear dogs barking all night from the tenet that lives upstairs, however I was unable to confirm. All in all this house is about location. It’s sits in a perfect spot. If I’m renting solely on location I’d rent again. However for the total experience, I would most likely not rent here again.

The location is as listed - just a couple blocks from the beach and not too far from restaurants/shopping/pier. House is spacious, and has amenities that we do not always find in VRBO listings. Towels, including beach towels, fully furnished kitchen (we cooked most of our meals there), toilet paper, hand soap. We most definitely recommend this property.

We had a long weekend planned with extended family on the island. The home was perfect for us, more spacious than expected and the location to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants was perfect! We had no trouble getting checked in and the check out process was simple. The outdoor space was beautiful with a wrap around porch and hammocks, even a treehouse for the kids to enjoy! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend on the island!
