Beach Cottage, ocean view, walk to beach and downtown

I truly enjoyed my stay. The house was beautiful. All the amenities worked. It was clean and spacious. The hot tub was fabulous. The gym was fantastic. I slept like a baby woke up feeling like a winner. That beach is so beautiful and the neighborhood refreshingly bubbly positive vibe. The host was attentive and reliably only a call away. Everything was provided in the home or in walking distance. I am already looking forward to coming back & staying here again. Thank you Donna for providing such a peaceful and inspirational space. It’s idyllic!

Got to the place. Was given wrong code to get in. None of the contact info was correct. No responses. Finally got the correct code to get in. Place was ok, tiny stair case that separated everything so plan on going up and down stairs for every little thing. Then as a kicker host took 100 from the deposit because apparently a neighbor said the music playing softly on my phone was too loud. So I guess just taking money makes that better? If you plan on enjoying the place make sure to not talk, walk, or god forbid listen to an electronic device.

Great location! Steps away from the beach, pier and great shops/restaurants. Bed was comfy and house was stocked with everything we needed for a nice beach getaway!

Great parking and space

Great location and a beautiful view of the sunset from the roof. Cozy and checked all the basic boxes. Loved the patio and gas fireplace. Garage was perfect for parking and had all the beach gear you could need. We didn’t get to bring our dog, but the area and home were very dog friendly! Overall we had a great stay, but there are some intricacies to be aware of. Downstairs patio lights weren’t working. Roof is a small space and the stairs are a bit unnerving. Pull out couch bed did not seem long enough to be a true king size. Window Screens had some holes. Bathrooms have doors with open slats which can be awkward. We couldn’t get the other door to work so we had to go through the garage each time. Lots of stairs and narrow entries so don’t recommend for anyone who needs accessibility. You can tell this is a well loved family home, and we so appreciated getting to experience it! Thank you!

This property is in the heart of Manhattan Beach, making it so convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It had everything you would ever need and was fresh and clean. Donna, the owner, was so easy to communicate with. She was very responsive to my messages and accommodated our requests with ease. I will definitely book this property again on our next visit!

Absolutely incredible location and the place was perfect for what I was looking for. Near the beach and all the restaurants and pubs. Very fun community in MB and Son a was outstanding.

The property was exactly as described. Location is PERFECT…a quick walk to the beach and right in the middle of the the beautiful Manhattan Beach downtown area. Garage parking if you have a car, super comfortable beds, and a great little outdoor space with a hot tub. We arrived early in the morning and Donna was gracious enough to have the property ready for us as soon as we arrived. She was a great communicator before our trip and gave us all the information we could need without having to ask. Checkout process was easy. Thank you, Donna!

We loved the charm of this incredible cozy home!! The location was the best!! We walked our pups everywhere!! The bed was really comfortable and loved how quiet it was at night. Loved all the amenities too! Everything was there, so you din’t have to bring anything, except for food and drinks.The jacuzzi made our stay even more enjoyable!! Donna was extremely great at responding to us very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!!

I came to Manhattan Beach for a mastermind and this was the perfect place for me to stay! Close to restaurants, the strand, grocery store, etc. Would definitely stay again!

This place is all about the location. Two blocks to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The unit itself is comfortable. There is a nice ocean breeze to cool it down on a hot day. Multiple trash trucks are in the alley daily picking up from the businesses which are quite noisy but nights are fairly quiet. Would recommend.

Fantastic host - responsive and had great recommendations! I felt at home immediately and extremely safe as my son didn’t come until the last weekend. The place is quiet yet super close to everything. I walked on the strand 5-6 miles daily, biked(they have in the garage!), played pickleball a mile away, golfed and enjoyed the beach and watching the volleyballers! Loved the boutique shopping a block away and even went out for great food and some nightlife a couple blocks away - Location, location, location as they say!!! Had forgotten how much I love Manhattan Beach! The beach house was fully stocked in the kitchen and there is a grocery store two blocks away. Honestly I don’t think I could have enjoyed my time any better as the host even provided some great pampering items to enjoy a bit of self indulgence! I’d definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! My girlfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Next time we’re back out, we hope we can stay here again!

Perfect location. Sunset view from rooftop was amazing. Enjoyed using bikes for rides along the beach.

Perfect location walking distance to the beach. And the bikes were fun riding down the stand.
